I went there last night and had a really bad experience. The service saw super slow-it took 20 minutes for my burger and fries. When I asked the guy on the grill would my burger be up soon, he looked at me and said," Im the only one here on the grill." Wow..it wasnt even crowded and he looked very inexperienced as I watched him handle the orders. To add insult to injury, I had a piece of hair in my cold french fries. I didnt even bother to take them back as I was disgusted!!! It made me wonder if it was done on purpose or because the grill person took it to heart that I asked him about my order. I will never return. Really sad. Next time I will just go to In and Out burgers where its clean, polite, and fast.

I ordered my food and at first they didnt want to take my money. I had a hundred dollar bill. This clear person adds her 2 cents while the other guy was giving me change. She commence to tell me about them getting fake money. I dont give a flying fig. It should be posted if you dont take large bills. I come here often and felt a certain way. Next time I will leave and go to the Habit.

Excellent service!! Clean bathrooms! Clean lobby! Expertly made burger. I had a bad expirence at concords 5 guys, however here in pinole tottally made up for it! If there was a 6th star id click it. Thw manager was super polite and works very hard give that women a raise!!! Fries were on spot perfect aswell. Truly the best burger ive had to date. Thank you guys job well done!!

The food is amazingly great. The burgers and fries are excellent. I can tell the fries are made with pride, one of the best fries I have ever had. Service is good. One of my favorite places to get a burger now. I hope this Five Guys stays and continues its excellent service forever.

I tried your pinole California restaurant twice to make sure it wasnt a bad day. But the burger was good i hate the fact youre spitting out meat particles that can not be chewed. Its ridiculous....evidently not separating tendons or something before grinding it up!

Burgers are great and made to order. The beef is the best tasting then I ever had. Has tall and standard tables. Free peanuts for customers while you wait. Rock and roll music playing on overhead speakers. Nice for family visit if you dont want to cook.

Waited at least 20 minutes for a warm hamburger patty and a cold toasted bun. My order was wrong...no bbq sauce as requested and pickles when the staff was directed to keep them out. Management needs to train their staff better.

Good burgers and real potato fries you can rely on. However, on this last visit, I had a few lettuce shards in my burger--like I got scraps from the bottom of the bag. Otherwise, still consistent clean taste and crispy fries.

Place was decently (not well) run when I decided to check it out, and got my first pick order there. The burger was okay, but they use cheap American cheese. That ruined it for me.

Nice staff, clean eating area. I like the cajun fries, but the burgers have wafer-thin patties with no actual seasoning flavor. Other than that the rest is pretty standard.
