Had bad experience here today. They need to work on portioning . Employee name Brisa or (close to that) argued with me about the portion of orange chicken , i got 4 small pieces , barely filling half of the plate hole , ended up spending more for another entree to have lunch . The main thing that was upsetting that when i asked to add some more to complete portion, she argued in front of other customers in line . To me that was insulting. Wont be coming back . And BTW spring rolls were stale too.

Really bad experience, pay for kids meal. When I open bag no cookie. On top, place not clean, soda spill on tables, food Please dont come.! When they serve the food their hands are shaking like they dont want to put food on your plate. Not good experience with the manager. Comeback Try to get the cookie they expect me to Carrie the bill so they can give me the cookie back Can you believe that on top of that the arguments, the actitud, of the manager wow me. Not good costumer service at all.

Normally good lunch option, lately have had a few issues. Last few visits were poor experiences. The fried rice was spoiled. Next visit half of the vegetables were good, the other half were definitely not fresh. The greens beans were brown. Very disappointing.

Overall food is ok and you get a good amount of it and the price is fairly decent however points deducted when i saw the employee walk into the bathroom with her apron on then went back into the kitchen wearing the same one. Absolutely not acceptable to me.

Love Panda Express. It is must GO each time I am in California. Recommending Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef! One in the Belmont is better in terms of service and generosity of the portions. Price is great as well!
