No waiter ever came to take my order, so I had to go back to the receptionist (Nikki, I think, a pleasant African-American lady) to take my order (and eventually serve me the whole meal). So-called Kobe hamburger was not Medium as ordered, but Seriously Overcooked and Cardboard-tasting. I didnt want to wait for a replacement so I ate 2/3 of it, then gave up. With a glass of wine and tip, my bill came to $40.
