4 reviews 2.0 star rating 12/23/2016 This evening around 5:45, we went inside this Taco Bell. It was crowded...only 2 tables were taken but at least 8 parties were waiting, 2 in line and the drive through had around 7-8 cars. They obviously didnt have enough people working. There was 1 cashier. A Thats not the bad news. A kitche worker walked from one side (left) to the right crossing behind the cashier. Then she wiped her nose with her plastic gloved finders. I walked over and saw that she went straight back to handling food. It was sickening. I had 15 minutes to get my granddaughter to her church rehearsal so I told the cashier what I saw and told her to have someone else make her a soft taco. She had charged someone in front of me for four meals when he had ordered only one, so the "manager" had to fix that before she could ring me up. So, I told him. His reply, and I quote, "I didnt see her do that." Are you kidding me? I told him that I had seen it and he went to talk to her. When we finally, 10 or more minutes later, received the 1 soft taco, (because I ordered NOTHING for myself...and never will again...he called our name and I went up and told him....too kindly...that I would be reporting him to corporate. I told him, "The appropriate response would be:, "...oh Im sorry mam, Ill deal with it right away," He said, "We dont have a corporate." I told him Id research it and find the owner and he shrugged. At no point did I raise my voice or act rude (which, maybe a year ago, everyone in the room would have known they might be eating this ladys snot!!!!). Ive been sick after eating there and blamed myself for eating bad food. Maybe I was wrong. Just dont go there...and his name is Sergio...which I will be reporting to the owner....and their corporate offices. Theres more, but thats the main issue. You deserve to know.

The absolute worst service tonight at our local Taco Bell. The drive through was wrapped all the way around the store, so I went in to order 3 enchiladas no onion (had onions) 3 bean burritos no onions (got no onions but only 2) 2 shredded chicken burritos, those were right, then got a free apple pie never ordered and a bag of cinnamon crispy chips that we did not order either, and the worst part was I saw cars going out quicker then me going in to the lobby and I waited 15 minutes, then Delores the store manager even started getting mad at her employees and set down her clip board and started making food without washing her hands, what poor management, and I even called her and she hung up on me because I said if she did not like her job she might want to find another one.

i have no idea why this taco bell has 3.4 stars thats crazy to me.there beans are pasty and gross.but you go tk aniotch or oakley taco bell there way better.the taco bell in brentwood just does not care at all i LOVE taco bell i go there like 4 times a week cuz i love them but not this one its crap and half of them are rude and rhe drive thru for get it your gonna be in line for about 15( half the time) mins come on prople your in line with me u know its true. its because the people who work there dont care really come on add a little more water to the beans lazy.there paste.i have to drive to anther town to get good taco bell.but if they dont change i wont be giving anymore money to you taco bell sorry. and 9 times gotta ten they get it wrong hint thry dont care!

We went through drive tru and the employee at the window had a difficult time in taking my order. I CAME HOME AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG, LEFT OUT ITEMS. This is not the first time I should have double checked but I was in a hurry. This is why people go through drive tru. When I called they make it seem like no big deal. COME BACK. Well if they were educated they would know it cost more to drive back and pick up the missing food. They need to make sure that drive tru is 100% accurate. You cant make mistakes. DOUBLE CHECK ALL ORDERS WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS LOCATION.

Before you start typing it says what did you like about ? Nothing the drive threw takes forever to get around to getting your food. At 1 in the morning they STILL got my order wrong TWICE , I got home and had steak in my regular crunchy taco and in the beefy loaded grillers their was steak in those to got home realized it was wrong went back and and got BACK home and it was STILL WRONG ! since its early in the morning nothing will come from it but this pissed me off so I think they lost some more customers

40 minute wait employees shooting straw wrappers at each other and food man a -10 and workers were high they were having a good time with work flow. Were is mamegment and why are places becoming like this everywere. This generation i guess kids.

The food is fine, but ALWAYS double check because 4 out of 5 times they will forget an item. And most always if you ask for an item to be made a certain way (ex. without tomatoes or lettuce) they will usually put them in there anyway.

Food is usually decent here (4 out of 5) for Taco Bell. Service is reasonably fast and friendly. The soda machine is accessible to customers, which I prefer.
