So I went there ordered a combo with curly fries ,only to be served concaved, stale, old ,curly fries that needed 2 be thrown away. So I back up btw Im in the drive thru so I back up( no ones behind me ) and when I get to the window again the girl who served me earlier looks right at me then walks away like she didnt see me. So eventually she comes over and I say "hey not to be a bother but these curly fries taste pretty old do you mind if I can GT sum fresh ones. I dont mind waiting." So shes all like sure np. And takes the old ones and walks away. So she brings me some replacement curly fries. This time they looked even more stale and concaved so I bite it only 2 realize all they did was go back n refry the original ones to top it off the manager is the one who did it shes the one who gave me the refried fries great going to whoever made her the manager shes the manager lady with the unappealing hand tattoos .Anyway GT a refund for fries since they were 2 lazy 2 make fresh ones.

They are always forgetting something got the mini pancakes and usually you get 10 but I only got 6, they forgot the syrup, fork and napkins, been here a few times and every time they forget something wtf? Maricela is the name on receipt but Seriously......manager needs to check your night crew cause they are obviously not checking peoples orders to make sure they are correct like they are supposed to. I tried to call the number on receipt it goes to a "verizon" voicmail which doesnt even allow you to leave a voicemail..... of course I live on florin I dont expect proper customer service on this side of town such a shame. 1 star for you guys.

I love this Jack in the box. I am not a fast food person. However, this Jack in the box is an exception. I come here mostly for the familiar and friendly faces I see every day at lunch time. The people who work there are fantastic and they all provide excellent service. You should reward or aknowledge how wonderful and how hard they all work. I am a mental health clinician working with the county of Sacramento. I have lunch there every day and just want to let your business know how lucky Jack in the Box is, to have such an excellent group of people working for your company :-)

I dont expect much but, i expect them to take care of spilled drinks. Someone spilled orange soda all over the floor it had been there for over an hour and i understand it gets busy and youre short staffed but that unexceptional. There is no reason to have your lobby look like garbage. Send one person out to do a sweep, mop and clean tables. You have broken chairs & tables with stuff CRUSTED on them. Also, not having something from the menu needs to have a sign. Try to give some sort of pride in even having your job and workplace. If i could give no stars, i would.

I been there a few times and to tell you the truth . the service in the after noon was terrible plus very rude .. I had already order my meal and after finishing i decided to use the restroomi asked the lady to let me borrow the restroom to wash my hands and she repleyed saying if iwas going to buy something. Cause the restroom was for customers only..... Aww -

Wasnt to happy ordered chicken strips and they still were freezing cold in the middle. My order was replaced but she had to check everyone of the strips like I was lying. Dont check me check your employees.

I enjoy talking to the older guy at the drive thru he is always happy and always has a smile on his face. But I dont remember his name . I m the guy in the big white truck with the skulls on the sides.
