Middle of the road Mexican food prepared with fresh ingredients for suburban families. There is nothing controversial, or authentic, about anything on their menu except the mole. Unfortunately, they wouldnt accommodate a chicken mole enchilada even though I could order the chicken mole plate. My chicken enchilada with green sauce was bland and tasteless, but the chicken was still moist. The chile relleno came with a red sauce which was tasteless. The salsa was totally fresh and one of the best things on the table. Needless to say, there is no compelling reason to return to this restaurant. I can get the same quality food at the local chain restaurant. However, if you have a family and want to feed them Mexican food thats not fussy... this is your place.

The food was not authentic mexican, and was cool when it arrived to the table. One of the plates was too spicy hot to get eaten even by my husband. When he called this to the attention of the waitress all she said was "that is how we make it here " she put no effort to correct it. After some more coments (complaints) from my husband, the waitress took the plates back to get some of the sauce out and make less burning but it was a huge fail. All and all that was our first visit to that restaurant and most likely the last.

Really fresh, delicious Mexican food - my favorite Mexican restaurant in Brentwood! The best part is they have a full bar where you can order margaritas in a variety of flavors, beer, and michelada. Id recommend starting with a taco plate here. Their chicken tortilla soup is also delicious. The inside of the restaurant could use a facelift, but sit near the bar for a nicer view and TVs.

We been coming here for 8 yrs. I love the food & service. You can chat with the works whom have become family to us. The only down side is the people who park here & eat at the other restaurants, abusing La Fuentes parking lot, because they are to lazy to walk & pefer to park closer instead of the public parking. Shame on those customers.

The Seafood Enchilada tasted different.. It didnt have the same yumminess it had! I hope it was just this one time... I really hope the cook just forgot to add the salt or something. La Fuente, please bring back your greatness! I want my favorite delicious tasting Seafood Enchilada back! ;-(

Terrible place! Very bad food, pretty sure they served us soup from the can and just sprinkled it with cheese. The main course dishes were not fresh at all, seemed like they made it two days ago and just microwaved before serving. Do not go there, you will not be satistied!

I am from Nashville, Tennessee and my friend took me here for my first meal in Brentwood, CA. I was impressed with the outdoor patio atmosphere and our tattooed adorned waitress was as friendly as can be! The food was delicious and MARGARITAS!

I did not like the burrito...carne asada.....my first and last time eating here....the tortilla had a musty smell to it...like dishwater smell...not happy...will not recommend..after eating the burrito, I had a filmy taste in my mouth....
