The food is amazing! But dont order anything but pounds of the carnitas. The staff is absolutely incompetent. You just end up leaving angry...even for the most simple order. I got two orders of enchiladas with a couple things not on them (like onions and sour cream), when I was charged too little, I mentioned I wanted the plate not just ala carte. The young women charged me the appropriate cost but DIDNT CHANGE MY ORDER ON THE TICKET! When my food came out, I first noticed no salads and then no rice or beans with the food. She proceeded to cope an attitude and brought out one salad and one tiny portion of rice and bean, which was unacceptable. When I told her that, anther staff member came up and tried to remedy the situation...only to take all the food in to the back (THROWING ONE ENCHILADAS FROM EACH PLATE IN THE TRASH) and returning with the correct portion of rice and beans with each. The simple fact that I easily fixed the misunderstanding when ordering and they would throw edible food away is just amazing. They have the most simple menu and taking an order isnt rocket science! The other reviews are true, this staff is not capable of doing their jobs. I am the person who posted their menu, to help them get more business but am epically disappointed with every visit. Fire your staff and hire people with prior restaurant experience and NOT FAMILY! Your food is spectacular and youre turning people away with the terrible service.

Worst place ever. All our burritos had bones in them. Ive never ever been to a place that I had to pick through my burrito first. And the waitress, HORRIBLE. Didnt even get out drink order or give us menus or napkins. We had to get our own. She was gossiping with the table behind us the whole time. When she finally brought our food, we asked her for salsa and she said shed be right back with it, she NEVER came back with it. But she did bring the people she was gossiping with a bottle of salsa. Guess you get better service when youre friends with the waitress. We also ordered a quesaquesadilla and it never came. We had to ask for it. We literally got it after everyone else was already done eating. And when we asked her if it would be free of charge since it was so late, she said she had to ask. They took forever to finally get back to us that ok yes, theyd give it to us for free. This is the first time I have ever ever been this disgusted and disappointed. Do NOT recommend. Also, one of the workers lives in the bathroom. We went in there. She was there washing her hands. We come out, shes sitting on the drawers that were in there. Who does that? ! Like the bathrooms are not that clean to be hanging out in to begin with. Neither toilet had seat covers and the towel dispenser was broken as well. Ps. Do NOT go.

Bad the cashier people didnt give me my drink I wanted but the heat of being inside made me not care for there service so I left.I asked for Jamaica but they gave me horcato and then another guy came and gave me tamarido and I saw him read the labels I was like are you 2 dumb I see you reading it how stupid can you be to fail 2 times already I can read the labels from where I was I couldve just served it myself instead of lazy serving for whatever drink,just cause a drink is dark doesnt mean I wont know and also cause I look white with my hair doesnt mean you have to give me a drink cause I just bleached it and may offend you in a stupid way,seriously that place sucks except the food lucky there still in buisness

Las carnitas muybuenas .Pero Hoy tuve mala experiencia la señora no sabe usar la caja dura mucho en cobrar atiende de mala gana platicando chismes con otra persona mientras que la fila crece y a un señor se quejo tenia mas de 45 minutos esperando su orden que mala experiemcia no te recomiendo para nada ese lugar

The food is the only thing that saves this restaurant because the service is awful theres no communication between the service people and guest. The only reason we waited so long was they telling us 10 more minutes 10 more minutes and since were already here and hungry we waited. Also they start pushing you out ones you get to eating maybe 10 minutes after. Theyre service is awful but the food is great Ive come here numerous times and its always a long wait but this time was awful even thou I called ahead and reserve a spot.

There have been more than a few times where I have driven 45 minutes south from San Jose to get carnitas here. You can buy them by the pound and the gentleman working the counter will chop it to order. If you feel like sitting down and enjoying a dinner there, you will be served one of the largest and best Mexican food dinners you can have. I got the carnitas and it was more than enough to take half of it home for another complete dinner. Love their freshly made horchata drink as well.

The worse service ever! Our waitress came to our table only once in the entire hour we were there. When we asked a man for the check he gave a mad look and told us very rudely to ask our waitress that he was busy. We explained that she never came, he screamed her name loud telling her ..your table wants something... he then proceeded to tell us very rude that basically it wasnt his job and next time to go get our waitress instead of asking him.

Servicio es lento y las cranitas un toque muy pesado en consume. Pero vale la pena. Recuerden ir directo al fondo a pedir su comida o van a tener que esperar.

I called several times, they answered twice. On the first time they answered I was told to call back in 30 minutes, after 30inutes I called and I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, I end up hanging up, I was not able to order any food all because of the bad service who ever that lady was. Zero ☆

I think their carnitas are the shiet! Nothing compares to it. Tip: dont drink horchata with it, will make you go to the bathroom ha. Other than that, a coke should be fine. I got a quesadilla as well loaded with carnitas. Pretty Damm good too and very fulfilling.

The carnitas are always good and they hook it up with a good quantity, they are not stingy at all. Although the cashiers can be more customer service oriented and smile more, they are ok. But the cooks and food are great. Will definitely be coming back.
