Horrible service and poor quality food. I walked into the front door which was open and had customers inside and I was kicked out immediately without service by the employee giving me the slash-to-the-neck sign language and he was very rude about telling me to get out because they were closed. So I decided to try going through the drive-through which was a HORRIBLE mistake. I sat at the drive through menu and waited for someone to speak...NOTHING...I sat there then finally started to try and speak up, nothing....kept trying to talk...still NO RESPONSE. So, then a HUGE line of angry customers is building up behind me. FINALLY someone responds after I had been sitting there for well over 5 minutes and I carefully ordered everything. He rushed me into completing my order and pulling forward, not repeating my order. I also pulled up to the food window and could hear a customer speaking into the drive through menu VERY clearly and there were PLENTY of employees working there that probably were just ignoring me. They couldnt even speak just to tell me to hold for a little? Then it was well over ten minutes before we got our food in the drive through as the line behind us builds up even larger. Sure enough they did not make one of the 3 burritos that we clearly ordered and was acknowledged by the employee when we ordered it...so one of my friends did not get dinner because of it, after we pulled away we wanted to go around and get our missing burrito but there was a huge line that built up behind us because of the horrible rude service and we did not feel like dealing with this horrible crew of employees so we drove to get my friend a meal somewhere else where they actually have respectable customer service. NEVER going here again. The food is not even worth the wait and the employees are rude and slow. Every other taqueria ive been to has NEVER been taken this long to make food and has never given such horrible customer service! SKIP THIS PLACE.

I went in a day before to make a big breakfast order. This is not something I have done for the first time with this chain. I choose them because they are open 24hours and can accommodate an early order. This was my first time ordering with this location. I showed up about 10minutes after I asked for the order to be ready and absolutely nothing was ready. The gentleman at the window told me it would be another 30minutes. If this order had been too much it would have be better had they told me ahead of time and I would have ordered at the usual location off of Bradshaw. Instead they had me pay the day before, which I normally dont do, and did not have my order ready.

I genuinely liked the food here. However, the Florin road location is the absolute worst. Every time I come here my food isnt accurate, the workers are rude. They do not greet you and act like your a nuisance. The bathroom is atrocious. Never get the nachos. I realized after paying almost $10 for a couple years theyre chinsy compared to the San Juan or Bradshaw location. They were very rude to the homeless lady ordering and rolled her eyes at me when she gave me the wrong drink. They need to shut this one down period. No wonder why were the only ones in there at lunch time. I knew better. We should have just gone to La Favourita.

Awful! These places are a hit or a miss, and this was a big miss. 1/2 the order was correct, the other half was hilariously wrong. Very specific on one order, no avocado/guacamole, as the person ordering it is HIGHLY ALLERGIC. This was repeated about the specific item several times. Low and behold, all over the food. Fix it tomorrow? How does that help me tonight working? Avoid like the plague. NOT one of the good ones....

Since the kids and I saved up are cans and all recyclables to turn in got them to be a able to try their big burritos.. They really loved to have something that was really great to eat. They where so happy to be able to enjoy a place they never tried before. Im so blessed that they had the biggest Smiles on their face..

This place is great. Food is always delicious and exactly what Im looking for. Salsa bar is ok.... Could be better. I wish they had sliced jalapeños for nachos. It is super convenient to use their drive through. For a small extra charge I can get extra meat which is great when you are a carnivorous beast like I!

2 guys working inside, nether one looks like they know whats going on. I got a chicken burrito and spent the whole time pulling bones out between bites. My wife only got a bean and cheese burrito and even that tasted bad. How can you mess up a bean and cheese burrito? The one on Bradshaw is 1000% better.

Nastiest food ever!! I order a California burrito, drove 5 mins home and opened my burrito. The fries in it seems like it was fried yesterday already. Just dipped in oil so its not hard. Im never going here again. Super dirty too. I threw my burrito away!

Love adalbertos hate this place. Mess up your order way too much. Its sad have to waste my time and gas for them to mess it up twice. AND of course they cant pick up their phone neither when you call back. Just horrible.

Ordered a chicken burrito/taco combo plate. Both items had chicken in them-thats it. Shoving a bunch of shredded chicken inside a tortilla and a taco shell and calling that done is sloppy as hell. Step it up, guys. Smh

Dont waste your money going here. Food was beyond salty to the point where your blood pressure sky rockets. The employees were superrrrrr slow and the prices are sky high!!! Never eating here again!!!!

Worst super nachos Ive ever had! No beans, no pico, no rice wtf??? And it was small. The nachos cost $8!! Worst adalbertos Ive ever been to.
