The food was delicious as always but today the customer service was terrible. Alejandra was the cashier and waitress, she gave me little chips to start off and didnt offer me and cups for the salsa, she also didnt offer me any water and didnt even come by to ask how the food was or how I was doing til I was done eating. When she came by I ask for some water and she took 5 minutes to get back to me. Ive been to this place plenty of time but never had her as a waitress and dont plan on coming back again. This was terrible customer service, Im assuming that is why they rather have you pay first. And BTW I even gave a tip. Theres plenty of other mexican restaurant around that would show me a little customer service.

Today I has the big guy as my cashier! I ordered two mini tacos and a regular burrito with a small drink. He charged me for a large drink and didnt even offer me a straw, he didnt even offer me cups for the salsa as well. My burrito had burnt residue all over as if they didnt clean the grill. Eww. Customers shouldnt have to ask for straws and cups for salsa and shouldnt have to eat a burrito with a bunch of burnt residue. Ive been to the one on mack rd and they are consistently better. Not coming back.

Came here couple of times since they opened and its one of my new favorite spots that opened in Sacramento. I always order to go and its ready within 10-15 minutes. Everything is fresh and delicious. The Carne asada fries are definitely a must try. Even though they were out of fries and I had to get Beer Battered Fries instead, it was still good. Couple times I have called they have been out of stuff by 12PM like torta bread and fries. They serve breakfast burritos only until 11:30AM. Would recommend.

Tried the burger and asked for mustard and jalapenos. Got home, no mustard or jalapenos, called they said bring the burger back looked at it and laughed in the back, she said she will add the jalapenos and we need to take it back. The cold burger by now, they would not make a new burger because they done have mustard, but they said we used 2mustard packets? The lady cooking which I assume is the manager world rather lose a customer than cook a burger..

I would have given 5 stars but the food has changed so much. Enchiladas caseras verdes use to be really good but now they taste so fake and have a sweet taste. They dont use chicken breast, it looks like they use the thigh and its covered in red sauce. How do mal enchiladas verdes with chicken in red sauce??? The salsa taste like its from a can and they are just sloppy! The menudo is still good every once in a while.

My experience with Super Taco was my first time visiting...and my daughter told me about this place how the food is sooooo excellent..well I agree! I will always come here plus the cash attendant "Hugo" is his name VERY nice @ Courteous! And everyone working! Thank you..the Food is Superb !!!!
