Pollo Loco is delicious, it doesnt matter which store I go to. At this location, the store was clean, the service quick. Unfortunately the lady at the counter seemed like we offended her just by being there. We ordered, received our meal. At the end of the meal I realized I didnt receive my churros. I went to tell her. She gave me a look that stopped short of rolling her eyes. And then she simply walked away. I stood there thinking she was just going to grab some from the back and come right back. She didnt. I saw her put the churros in the frier and just stand there in front of it. I went to sit back down and less than 5 minutes later she brought them to my table. I dont recall if she said anything then. The churros were amazing, fresh, and crunchy. Dont even care if she spit in them.

Love the burritos, but when I eat the other combo meal the chicken so small, like?? Where you get your chicken? That aint no chicken thats a bird you cooking, anyways my favorite workers there are Jose and keion they provide great customer service and will make you not hate yourself for enjoying small was chicken

The food is pretty good, but the staff is horrible. They dumped hot mac-and-cheese on my hand that was so hot it left burns that took a week to heal. Not a single apology from any of the staff, and I got no reply to my complaint that I filed with the corporate headquarters. Id recommend avoiding this place.

I always do drive thru Here.The tacos here are close to street tacos which I love. I also adore there chicken tortilla soup.they give you a side of tortilla shreds,cilantro,diced onions & cotija cheese. Its sooooo bome
