If I could give 0 stars I would, I have never had a good experience here but always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Tonight was the last time though. They never have enough of anything made and you have to wait. Ive never gotten a soda that wasnt flat. The employees are always rude and incompetent. I order combos and they never ask what drink I want I have to remind them about the drink at the window. Please dont give these people your business.

The place was filthy ,got wrong food order and not even ask if I wanted a drink got combo that comes with a drink and still had to ask for my glass has to be one of the nastiest Popeyes Ive ever been to ever, there was only four people in the store and one girl was doing it all while the others just stood back in rear of store BS about BS it was the worst ever dont go here!!!!

Poorly managed and operated. Never have enough chicken for a 10 piece always have to wait. I understand that you want to serve it fresh but there needs to be enough ready to serve 2 family meals! Just a cheap owner who does not want to pay for food waste. Guess what food waste cost are a part of owning a fast food restaurant! Stop being cheap

If -1 was possible that would be for this place. I have eaten here 3 times. 1) rude people waited for 20 minutes to get ALL my food. I thought try it one more time. 2) food was ok. ( not for the money) workers was RUDE 3) food was bad workers was RUDE and was super unclean. UNCLEAN !!!! I will drive to Orville before this rat hole

There are never many people here yet theyre never able to get food out in a timely fashion. There was a couple ahead of me that had been waiting a half hour. I had to wait 20 minutes. I asked for an order of mashed potatoes and got mac and cheese instead. This is all completely normal here too.

Oh boy, not good. 5 minute wait to order when we were the only customers in the restaurant, out of half the stuff on the menu (no garlic chicken, no lemon pie, no sweet tea, etc), and no exaggeration a 15-minute wait for the food after we ordered. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

it was good food but the wait wasnt fun . i used the drive up & was asked to pull to the side . only thing was you had to pull forward & then back down this little side road . wasnt long before there was 4 other cars behind me so the kitchen was slow . but the food was good

Have been three times since they opened and every time they short me on something or they are out of the product. Today they forgot to give me my kids meal for my son. I tried to call and make a complaint and they have the wrong phone number listed. Will not be going back!!!

Never ever ever go through the drive through. It took us literally 45 mins to get our food, and has taken over 30 mins on multiple occasions. The kitchen seems regularly understaffed and disorganized. I wish it was better, because I love their fruit punch!

I usually stop by when Ive worked a late shift. Theyre usually fairly slow around 9-10 and will have orders done really quickly. Chicken is far above KFC and the sides are alright. Trickiest part is getting in and out of the parking lot.

customer service can be a bit better. Katrina the front counter girl is very condescending. food is okay service should be better since it is a new store in chico. And all the shrimp still have the vein in them and taste like dirt..

This was our first time at Popeyes. The Magnolia Blossom chicken was very good and even better with the orange sauce. We also enjoyed the Louisiana music with our lunch. We will definitely go back.
