I was misinformed by the person who answered the phone who told me my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later (I was running around getting together food for my nieces 1st bday party since we had been stood up last minute by our caterer). I got to wingstop thinking I was going to pick up my food and go but they never even started my order. Then I saw dude in the back saucing the wings and he had his fingers in the BBQ sauce. He then dropped one of my wings on the counter and put it in my box AND THEN he sneezed in his arm and didnt wash his hands before he went back to making my food. Never coming here again. Too many other franchises of wingstop to choose from.

I ordered wings online and paid with my credit card. My friend went to pick them up and they refused to give them to my friend even though i just had surgery which she told them at the store. when i called back they said that she could come and get them with my ID and credit card and then 5 minutes later they changed their tune and said I had to be the one to pick it up. Any other place will let someone else use the card as long as it has been paid online or if you call ahead and tell them the situation.

Worst experience ever ever with great name "FABIAN" who was terrible in and I dont know how he was offered job if he has no balls to speak to customer when they are angry and very poor customer service... I gave order at 11:57 am on 05/10/17 ..he has been receiving orders from other walk ins however they received their product first but I was still waiting... Do Employees in Wingstop go with personal grudge on someone who is new to country.

MAN! Everytime I order by the phone they keep Putting me on hold...the longest I have WAITED is 40 minutes just to test if they actually will come back to me tsk tsk guess what they never did, man Its ridiculous how lazy the pm shift people work on this place...the company should investigate and call at night so they know how poor the service is...

Ordered food for pickup online and go to pick it up, still have to wait another 30 min. Workers were rude. Get home and order was wrong. Always roudy kids there seeming like a fight could break out. Needless to say wont be coming back to this location anymore.

Food is great, but they take way to long to hand out the orders. First time I went it took them a whole hour just to give me my food. There were only 2 people ahead of me! The second time I called to avoid the same situation and still i was there for an hour!

They take forever to give your order even if you call it in. We order loads of veggie sticks from them and 1/2 the time they short us and we have to call in and complain. We only occationally go there now but we use to go about twice a week.

Ordered food by calling in was in old 23 mins got there waited another 30 min then the order was wrong and had to wait another 20 min the staff was horrible...not going back to spend my money...rather go to McDonalds

The food is delicious! I would recommend the Lemon Pepper wings to anybody but, as everyone else has said, it takes a while to get your order so dont come here if you are in a hurry.

Teriyaki wings came out very saucy but the mild wings was dry. Wish I looked I left because they had no sauce on them and was very disappointed.
