Sorry sorry sorry poor leadership and mgmt I KNOW because i managed a McDonalds several years ago. Orders are almost never correct. Managers are always in disarray even in off peak hrs I truly suggest another line of work for the owner as well as mgrs . Round 2 17th Jan Holy Jesus man waiting for fam at wal mart tried it again anytime a mgr by the name "**nez" is on look out place is just crappy. I witnessed her tk the fries out and.instead of draing the grease just dump them in the basket so after a few mins they will be soggy

There drive-thru was closed and when you go inside you wait a good 30 minutes just for your food 20 minute wait or longer just to order on top of it than employees are touching their noses and touching the food rubbing their eyes touching food and the cook is a Hispanic guy when I walked in he was on lunch and when he got off of lunch he went straight to work without washing his hands or changes his apron that is the worst service I ever got I had to walk out cuz how gross it was the Popeyes in Pittsburg California never eat there

Went through driver thru horrible wait time. Waited like 20mins to order got my food and they messed up on my order. Went in there to talk to manager very rude, her co worker told her they messed up my order and she looks at me and says "she needs to wait" . Not good customer service and the food was cold . Will not be coming back to this place again !! Wish I could give no star

The mild chicken tenders werent ready, had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to get done. The employee came out handed me my food, but forgot my side, had to go inside to get my large side that came with my deal and ask for the BBQ and ranch sauce they forgot to put in my bag. Got home and when I ate the chicken tenders they had no taste. I want a refund!

This is the worst location I ever been. Store manager dont know how to communicate and respect people. Place smells so bad like they never cleaned it. Only to employees in the place and the wait time very long. Theyre out of everything and what left is old and cold. They better close the place or find new crew, otherwise nobody gonna buy food here.

I am very disappointed got home my food was cold service is very bad. I would go to this store sometimes 2 times a week. I will not be going there again. The manager was so busy putting a liner in the garbage can, I had to rise my voice for her to come over and return my money. This was at one time a good store. Robert Jackson

This one is the worst Popeyes I have ever gone to they never have good ready. I have been there 2 times both time it took 30+ min to get my food and both time it was cold and the food was wrong. They dont listen to what you are ordering. And this time they where talking on there cell phone. I will never go back.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! This is the worst Popeyes. Management can careless and the place is dirty!!! When I say I had to wait 20 minutes just to order in drive through, I mean 20 minutes to order then 5-8 minutes waiting at the window. I love Popeyes but jeez Louise change management and the whole crew!!!!

They handle soo many orders! showed real poise when a discontent customer tired of waiting starting yelling at the staff. Its not as if the staff is not working their butts off to get the food done as quickly as possible. Fast food places are to often short staffed. Yet the chicken is great!

Horrible management! A bunch of idiots work there. The wait is ridiculously long for no reason. It takes 10 min just to order your food even with no line. Whoever runs this place needs to be fired and hire ppl that are capable of working fast food. Is that too much to ask???

Loooooove Popeyes. I wish there were another one in Pittsburg. The one by Walmart is the slowest ever, because the management consistently understaffs the place. You cant get by with one or two employees serving food. Thats just not enough for such a popular place.

They stop cooking 1 hour before closing, this location is probably losing tons of money annually. Somebody undercover boss this location, nobody will be getting surprises at the end except for pink slips. Thumbs DOWN.

Decent food. The Tuesday specials, keep me coming back. You cant beat 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit for $1.99. My problem with this location, is that the wont let you sub the thigh and leg, for wings.
