On May 7th My Mother in law Bought some Chicken from there, we started taking the biscuits out and when we opened it there was some buscuits not even well cooked! there was alot of pieces but not cooked at all.. we ate the chicken as well wasnt cooked and by the night all the family was throwing up!.. wednesday morning my mother in law is still throwing up! we are going to take her to the doctor and if we find out that it was the chicken we will take them to court because the manager has to be there to watch the employees how they cook! they all look between 18 or 19 yrs old! She Did not see not even 1 woman working there! MANAGER PLEASE TAKE A DAM LOOK AT YOUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING SLOPPY AND DIRTY!!

THIS KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN IN PITTSBURG IS NOT THE PLACE TO EAT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. YOUR ORDER IS COLD FOOD TASTE STALE OR DRIED OUT, THEN YOUR ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS AND THEY WANT TELL YOU. WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT THE ITEM THATS MISSING THEY TELL YOU OH THATS AN ADD ON WERE OUT BESIDES THE CHICKEN CAUSE MORE THAN WHATS MISSING MY RESPONSE WAS IS THAT SO THEN YOUR FALSE ADVERTISING. I RECOMMEND THAT ANY BODY WANT KENTUCKY GO TO HILLCREST MUCH BETTER AND NICER CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOOD IS FRESH AND HOT. NOT STALE AND DRIED OUT OVER COOK AND COLD.

They are a bunch of stupid kids that touch money and then touch your food without sanitizing the chicken is cold the employees look like they are just messing around rather than working its just a mess why are they still in business I ask? God knows but at least Pokémon comes out next month so thats something to look forward to.As I write this Im sitting waiting for my food I dont ever write reviews but after 34 minutes after no food screw this place

Order 20 piece hot wing and they told me a 10 Min wait so I was in drive through and they made me back all the way up in drive through lane and park in front , I was told not to wait In drive through because they have a wait time Limit and 10 mins is to long of a wait even though no cars were behind me. Hot wings are Great but once I order bucket of original chicken and it was soak in Grease . Maybe They just had a bad day.

Waiting outside in line for 15mins because they messed up someones order infront assuming they were fixing ppls order i didnt look until i got home i was missing 1 drum and my wedges they gave me smashed potatoes and in they gave me root beer NOT PEPSI on top of that the chicken tasted like its been sitting for a week smh. They got my order incorrect we ordered hush puppies with our dish order and they gave us fries we asked for a big order of popcorn chicken and they gave us a small the fish is nasty there pot pie was nasty this place is horrible the chickens greasy its gross we did not apreciate there service they were so slow and by the time we got our food it was cold

Person sitting on a desk chair At the register Said we have to wait to take our order because she was training .After sitting there for 10 minutes doing nothing finally ask what you want and when I replied with my order she state it be a really long wait if you want to order that .

SERVICE was really slow. I was next in line it the customer in front of me have to repeatedly have to give his order because the cashier couldnt get his order right and then I have to wait extra 10 minutes for her to take my order and then wait another 20 minutes to received my order for 2 pieces of chicken.

KFC is connected to Long John Silver. This restaurant has no sugar for the ice tea. They are totally out of Pepsi in the drink machine. This is the dirtiest KFC I have ever seen. Staff is rude like dont bother them. Both of us were served cold food. Will not come back here.

Food quality is ok, but tonight was the worse!!! Got home, & they forgot the gravy in my combo. Mashed potatoes was cold & had corn on the bottom of it. & also, gave me a "hard biskit" with my meal as well. & its not the first time this KFC done that with the biskit.

Love their five dollar fill up the famous bowls are awesome but there never open… They say theyre open till 11 PM on the weekends they lie.. Both times I went a little after 10 and they were closed!!!!
