Extremely disappointed... drove almost half an hr to eat here and trust me there are plenty of Indian food restaurants on my way... but the reviews seemed amazing... when i got there i was greeted with the stink eye... i was told it was closed... though this was at 3 pm on a Saturday... they clearly state on their website their hrs on Saturday are 11am-10pm!!!!!!! i saw almost 10 people there kids were playing running in and out of the restaurant... the closed sign was up but NO HRS OF OPERATION! i wouldnt have written a review if i wasnt treated so badly... the guy at the counter looked at me like he wanted to kill me!... Ive never met the guy... all of this after driving down there to specifically eat there... i was appalled... as soon as i opened the door he gave me the dirtiest look and i kinda froze for a couple seconds.. i asked... "...are you closed?" with a jerkish accent he said "YES!" no explanation about the change of hrs? or that they made a mistake on the website or anything... i felt like if i had stayed in there for a couple more seconds i would have been forced out of the place with a broom! horrible horrible!... i will not be coming here ever again and i will use as much media as possible to let people know of this... i will tweet, blog, post to my wall on Facebook... and message all of my foodie friends... especially those with blogs... i will not recommend this place but instead... any chance i get i will tell them about their horrible customer service and their extreme lack of friendliness...

I wish I could give 0 or negative star for this restaurant. On Mar 2017, this restaurant has 4.1 star review in Google for a Indian restaurant near Disney Land. During our trip, we want to eat some good Indian vegetarian food. Since this restaurant had good review; we thought this should have good Punjabi food. We called the restaurant; Mr.sikandar attended our call. He said all vegetarian food are nice. Hence we ordered 1 Wheat Roti, 2 Garlic Nan and Dal Makini (he said, 1 side is enough for 2 persons). We took the order and driven 5 mins away hotel and started to eat our food. We never tasted this much WORST wheat roti, Garlic Nan from any restaurant in America. The WORST. We dont know are they made using rubber or wheat. We could not tear it using hand. We have to use knife to tear it. One thing is perfect. Sikandarji said 1 side dish should be enough for 2 persons. He is perfectly correct. We could not eat more than a spoon each. Since it may had about 20 spoons; I think it can serve for 20 persons, because no one can eat more than 1 spoon of that. After this bad experience we started to eat in Chipotle.

I really like this place for a quick Indian food fix. Food seems to be freshly made and not sitting out like some other places. Although there are many great choices on the menu my favorite dish here is the chicken VINDALOO. Its creamy, buttery, lighter curry style sauce with most and tender chicken that melts in your mouth. Second favorite on my list, the chicken TIKKA MASALA. Also with the same tender and moist chicken, but this sauce seems to be a little bit more cumin and redder color and a tad spicier than the vindaloo. Last night I had the curry there for the first time and it was a pleasant surprise. Def spice for those, who cant really handle too much spice. However, for myself it was perfect. Just the right amount of spiciness and the curry flavor was on point! The wait is a little long for the food but the place is neat and the food is fresh. Drop by this little gem.

I love, love, love the food at this place. I find the décor lacking, though, as I dont like to feel like Im sitting in a fast food joint, so have always gotten my meals to go, hence only 4 stars. I try to order something different each time, and have never been disappointed...everything has been delicious! I do stick to the lunch or dinner meals, which I find a good value, but adding side dishes can make the price go up very quickly.

Great Indian food served in a small place. Not a restaurant, per say, like another reviewer has pointed out. However getting your food super fast is a bonus. Naan is amazingly fresh and giant compared to all the other Indian restaurants Ive been to. The Saag tasted a little off while the Chicken Tikka is great! Chicken Mahkani is also very good. Prices are reasonable. Ive only been for lunch*

Love this place for the naan alone! Its made fresh to order and loaded up with ghee. Their food is also delish. My favorites are the lentils, mushroom masala and chicken makhani. They have a large selection of other Indian breads on the menu too. The people here are very nice. Portions are huge if you get one of the combos...two could share it!

Authentic Indian food with great ambiance and service on Haights Street. We were not too hungry so just had Daal Makhani and Vegetable Pakora alongside Roti and Raita. The quality of the food couldnt be better, chef really took his time! Also liked their Chai. Ill be returning here quite often hoping they stay as good.

Ive been here 5 times and I have almost never been disappointed. Chicken Makhani, Eggplant, Lamb (spicy), Mushroom, and almost everything else is amazing. The one dish I was disappointed in was the Tikka Masala, a little too dry. The naan is freshly made and delicious. The rice pudding is also really, really good.

THIS IS IT! Just the greatest tasting Indian food youll find in ALL of Anaheim. Yes its served on paper plates and styrofoam, but the price is very good and the flavors are sooo good! Remember that only the combos come with rice. A very friendly family owned business with very quick service! Love this place!

Sad service! This is not a proper restaurant, it is a to-go joint that just happens to have some tables to eat at. They serve in styrofoam containers and hand out styrofoam plates. Prices are ok, food quality is also ok. This place is nothing special - go only if you are looking for something quick and small.

This restaurant was highly recommended by a local neighborhood resident there. I dropped in and had a truly fabulous meal at lunchtime. Prices were fair, food was abundant and best of all so flavorful and a little heat which suits me just fine. I will go out of my way to eat there as often as I can!

Was feeling like Indian food and this totally hit the spot!!! I love naan, and chicken tikka masala. Theirs is amazing! Full of flavor and such a big portion. I got the dinner special #4 and that came with naan, 2 chicken entrees and rice pudding or yogurt dip. It was more than plenty!
