Me and my husband always try new food every time we eat out, this time i suggested indian food and he wasnt too excited about the idea, i think he had a bad experience before and it made his stomach upset and thought it was the spices that caused it, but he agreed to try t it anyways. I looked on Yelp and found it had good reviews, we originally wanted to try Usmania restaurant but they were closed between 2 and 5 , and im glad we came here because the food was amazing. We ordered chicken tikka masala which was sooooooo good especially when you dip the garlic nan bread in it its amazing! that was my favorite! we also ordered the Nahari which i didnt enjoy much just because it was wayyy too spicy for me but surprisingly my husband thought it was a bomb! He loved it! My brother in law too he loved both dishes. We ordered a third dish which is a combo of chicken skewers, tandoori chicken thigh and leg and spicy beef kabab, they werent that good not alot of flavours and too dry, next time we just wont order them. Beef Samosa was not bad but too small. The food took a while before it was ready because they make everything fresh and i think its worth the wait, its also very affordable we paid 50$ in total including drinks and it was more than enough for the three of us. All in all we really enjoyed the food and definitely going back very soon!

My wife and I got to this restaurant one weekend night at around 8:45, and had to stand 10 minutes before the person behind the counter even looked up at us to take our order. The first thing he said was, "Its almost closing time and we have take-out service only, you cannot dine in the restaurant. We are really busy." We were a bit startled at those being the first words he said to us, but were okay with the take-away option. Upon taking down our order, we were rudely told, "You will have to wait one hour before your food is ready. See you then." At this point, we were a little more than perplexed at the treatment and mixed messages we were getting. Of course, we canceled our order and stepped out to leave. Just as we did, we saw two SUVs full of people entering and being seated in the restaurant. Sure didnt look like they were closing down! Based on this experience alone, and especially the ridiculously sorry attitude of management, I have to say this place is a pathetic joint run by very unprofessional and down right stupid management who clearly lie to their potential customers. Needless to say, Id suggest you stay away and spare yourself of the worst treatment you would have likely received in a very, very long time at a place you visted to SPEND money.

Special microwave only food place. I always feel nervous at any place that completely cover up their kitchen and taste of the food confirms it for me. I am a foody especially when I am traveling and have tried about 3000 Indian/Pakistani restaurants in and out of U.S. never had a worse experience than this place. All the food was undercooked and the guy behind the counter who is touching his cell phone, money and cash register will bring your food without washing his hands and then when I asked to cook my tandoori chicken a little bit more (which was cold and pink inside) starts arguing with me that his food is perfectly cooked and cant be cooked anymore confirmed the use of microwave. How else you could make tandoori chicken in 7 minutes. Fixing the guys attitude will stop driving customers away. Because people have the same complaint he put up a sign we dont use microwave but still have a completely closed kitchen with lots of microwave inside. Very bad service, very bad taste, if you want to get sick for some reason I would recommend to go to this place to eat all microwave prepared food.

From out side it looks decent until when you walk inside and face the attitudes from the attendants OMG its like he was forced to work there, no customer service at all, you dont belive me? Try give them a call, i walked in trying to order my food he told me I have to wait on th coz he has to pick a phone call I was like ok , them another phone call and another phone call , before I know I was standing in front of that dude for a good 25 minutes and I have to order and wait for another 25 minutes for my food to be served, now comes the food SMH its so dry OMG told the dude about it, he didnt even seem to care, before I know my next table neighbors were complaining about the wrong order, it was chaos.. me going there again Ill rather take a BULLET ON MY FORE HEAD than going there.. if ure planning a trip honestly DONT, DONT ,DONT....

Folks... if you are lookin for good tasty food this surely is a place. Go for Chicken Karhai, Nihari, and Haleem and Qulfi for the Dessert. Rest is ok. Now the bad and worse part. Bad is a long delay in getting the food cooked and if you ever dare to add another order in the middle of the meal then forget about it. It will take 45 or more damn minutes!. Finally, the worst part... which most of the reviews agree with... They have the worst customer service..!!!! Extremely rude behaviours both from worker (who arent many any way even on Friday Night) and owner who from the word go look and sound arrogant like we owe him something. I would not go back to this place again not cuz of the food but cuz of the pathetic service.. it almost destroyed all good tastes in the mouth when we were leavin... sorry but gotta be honest for all of ya.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. The plates they had on our table had dust on them and when we politely asked to have them changed the server looked at us like we were from Mars and said that all the plates are the same and even if he got plates from inside it will just be the same plates. The salad was served and all the lettuce was old and so was the cucumber and when we had the server know he kept arguing for the second time VERY rudely. We were very uncomfortable that we even left without eating our food and we just paid and went home. If you care about cleanliness of your food and the restaurant you eat in and being treated properly, save yourself timeand money and go elsewhere. If you want to stay in the food business, you should hire polite people.

There are no Indians or Pakistanis in this kitchen and I mean this exactly. If you like Indian food with a hint of Mexico, you got it here. Food is overblown, unbalanced, and has little semblance to what it should be other than the name. Oh, and the naan is fake. No, really, no fresh naan here. Its some low quality flatbread they warm up. Its almost perfectly round, so its made by machines. Plus the flavor of cheap low gluten flour made bread preserved in a plastic bag is a total giveaway. And who are you people posting 5 star reviews for this place? Whats wrong with your palettes? Save yourself and go to Al Noor in Inglewood.
