If I worked for the health department, I would close this place ! Went in at 11 am (just opened), all the tabled were dirty, the floor was filthy (they were sweeping) the booths had food and crumbs in / on them. The staff (all of them ) were all too interested in getting lunch , to be bothered to clean tables for customers. The end for me was when a waiter sneezed into his hands, wiped them on his apron, then went to the buffet to eat. I told the host I was done eating and that I would not pay, as I did not want to handle spoons and tongs from the buffet that had his snot on them. Never going back here. (What I did eat was nothing special anyhow)

Was there last nite . No came back to ask if needed refills. If you paid 60 to eat for 4 . It was bad!! You would want to have eating environment to be good. But see your waitress on her phone or walking around !!! It was so sad!!!! See why this place stay empty????? Dont think we will go back!!!!! Im sure they may not care but i care how im treated when you paying 60 !!!!! PS this not the first time have happen here !!!! But food is good when they have some !!!!!!

Worst buffet my family has ever been to. I have no idea how it has such high ratings. I wouldnt even give it one star. Horrible, cold food. Extremely slow service & not very nice. Was so bad that we took maybe 2 bites off our plates & we were ready to run. They saw we didnt touch our plates & still charged us without even asking what the problem was... Avoid at all costs!

There was hardly any food at all on the beffets and they didnt put any new or fresh food out. The hibachi part smelt like runied meat and we never had a waitress stop at our table for anything no refills or to take our plates she walked past our table like 20 times and never even looked at us!! This place is horrible dont waste or time or money!!!

How on earth does his place get good ratings??? I just ate there and it was inedible. Chicken sushi? What???!!! I spent $50 for 2 adults and two children and had to go somewhere else afterwards to get real food. Dont go. If youre contemplating going, just stop. Go anywhere else. Anywhere.

Excellent customer service. Great tasting food. Nice and hot temps of hot dishes. The bbq sauce wonderful not too sweet. One dissapoint, a dish with undeveined shrimp although theres some deveined dishes available. Nice variety of sushi. Raw oysters with wasabi and the stuffed crabs were my favorite items.

As far as buffetts go this one is great! A lot of places there is more breading than meat or its all veggies, but not this place. Good quality. Plenty of choices and they serve beer which is a plus. Now their sushi leaves alot to be desired tho. But overall good place to stop with good value.

Ok food. Bad service, lots of empty dirty tables when I arrived, several still not cleaned when I left. Never checked on after seated, never offered refill on drink, had to request my bill at register. Thankfully it was a buffet or I might still be waiting. Wont be back

This place is filthy. Servi e? What service. They sat us in a section with very few clean tables. People were eating with old food around their feet. Im reporting this place to the health department. Please reconsider if you are thinking about eating here

Good food. Clean. Reasonable prices. From Houston I travel through West Memphis often and look forward to bringing my students here for a quick meal with variety. The perfect change from the fast food and sandwiches we have been eating enroute.

Food is great. They have a hibachi grill and an semi-okay quality sushi section. My biggest complaint is the service; anytime I go here, I have to essentially get my own refill. The service is usually a bunch of kids more interested in texting.
