Pretty solid buffet. We were on the verge of giving up on a clean, inviting Chinese buffet on the north shore but we may have found our place. Realistically, the food is nearly identical at all buffets, what sets them apart is the service and cleanliness. The food was fresh, hot and as tasty as expected for a Chinese buffet. The service was spot on and the waitress was very polite and helpful. Even the dining area itself was neat, clean and looked like it was well maintained. Probably the most shocking item was the cleanliness of the restroom, it was immaculate. Why four stars you ask? The very polite gentleman behind the counter had come in from smoking to take our payment and smelled like a carton of burning Camel no filters, not the last impression you want to leave your guests with. Overall though, a great experience.

Shame I didnt take pictures. Busy eating. This is a new owner who opened this restaurant 3 weeks ago, the same owner of Golden Dragon in Slidell. This one has top-notch quality and service (the owner served me himself), to put it mildly. If putting it precisely, it is impeccable and absolutely fantastic, perfect, astounding. EVERYTHING is of best quality and seasonings and taste. Crab, shrimp, crawfish in Cajun flavor not too strong, not too weak, but just right! All his competitors will go bankrupt if it is in New Orleans or Metairie. They are all pretenders and this is the real deal. My bill was 12 dollars and I paid 15. But what I had worths at least 40 dollars. Any rating below five star is dishonest and should be condemned. By Gods name I will keep coming whenever possible, with all my friends.

Our first time eating here and we were not impressed. We arrived for dinner around 6:30 Monday night. There was not much out on the buffet and they were slow in replenishing it. The sushi bar had about 4 pieces of sushi on it. My husband had to ask if they were going to make anymore. The young man greeting and seating people was also running back behind the sushi bar trying to make the sushi too but he wasnt actually putting any more out. Very disappointing.

Food and service is great.I eat at this place at least once a month.Price is not bad either, you can get lunch for $11. Including drink.Give it a 4 star because i always get great service,and if something needs to be restocked in the bufett ther are prompt in geting it done. Dont think they use MSG in the food.If someone knows different let me know.

let me tell you how bad this place is I am sitting at the table right now writing this review. the food is nasty. some food is dry... some food is soggy... no flavor. even the salad tasted weird. how do you mess up a salad. not very many options. sushi taste like its been sitting out for hours. Never again!

We love this place. The food is always good. The price is right. They have a great selection. Its our favorite buffet on the Northshore.
