The service is getting poor over the years after being open. We were a group of 8 and sat there and waited for drinks even after asking for refills the older boys went and refilled their themselves. At the beginning of the lunch buffet it looks like its left over from the day before then it moves on to fresh. The staff dont speak English and cant under stand nothing you say. The price is getting higher and nothing is really new to bring in the current customers that are ready to go speak out to find a better restaurant.

If I could give it zero I would. Just ate there last night and found a small roach in the crab legs. We did not even get to get to desert. It was sickining.When brought to the workers attention she apologized. She said"we cant help it the roaches just crawl and get on it. I give you 10% off this time (which equaled 2 dollars and some change)." Im not one to make a scene so I was thinking to myself, "you have got to be kidding me.. There will never be a next time!"

The food was not good ex: the ribs were tender yet had a funny taste when biting into. I also asked for water which I believe they actually filled it with water for the sink. And after I wanted to finish the night off with a salad, unfortunately the only four stations they had were limited with accessories for my salad. What they did have was lettuce and ranch dip. I am sadly displeased with their food

I love Chinese buffets my 3 kids myself and my husband, went to dinner here a week ago. I have to say that it was the worst choice my son wanted Chinese for his birthday dinner. There was hardly any food out and what was out really were not up to standards and that is saying a lot.

This restaurant was GREAT when it was Lai Yuen but now its not worth going to. The quality of the food has consistently gone down hill. Really sad. I dont go there any more. By the way, its mostly Mexicans in the kitchen. Maybe they dont know how to cook good Chinese food.

I ate at grand buffet on my lunch break and discovered a metal wire in my chicken! I brought the wire back to show the owner and she said it happens all the time... This restaurant is absolutely disgusting, i will never eat their again.

My family do take out all the time from the location in Covington. The food is fresh and plentiful. The taste is similar to most other Chinese Restaurants. We love that the kids can pick what they want and the price is very reasonable.

We eat there all the time...where else can you get boiled shrimp ..crayfish and crabs. For 11.49...... We enjoy the food...and bring our relatives....who have never complained... Good job GRAND BUFFEE. !!!!!!!
