I’m a frequent customer to Buffalo Wild Wings in my hometown and had never had any issues with the food or the service before. On this occasion I was going to the Buffalo Wild Wings in St. Robert, Missouri, with my family all of whom are here for my sisters graduation from Basic Training for the Army. We only had two days worth of precious time with her before she had to be back to check in for her next training. It was her idea to go, because their wings were the one thing she craved. We knew there would be a wait as there were two different units that graduated that day and we were okay with the 20-minute wait to be seated. Upon being seated our drink orders were taken, our orders were placed, and our waitress was quick to bring out the drinks. After that is when our lunch went wrong. We were hungry when we arrived (normally that’s how it goes when you go to a restaurant) and were anxiously awaiting our food. After 45 minutes and many refills of our soda we brought some crackers in from the car to snack on while we waited. 15 minutes later (1 hour total since we had been seated) our waitress told us our ticket just came up. Another 15 minutes later (1 hour 15 minutes total) I waved down a manager and let her know that we had been waiting for over an hour and that we were seeing other tables that came in after us getting their food or even checks. She told us she would go check on it. It was 10 min after that (1 hour 25 minutes total) our food finely arrived and we were starving. Our 6 orders of wings were barely warm with very little sauce and they were very dried out. There was also no silverware and when we asked another waitress if we could get some, she rolled her eyes at us and walked into the back. We ate several of the wings because of our hunger but they didn’t taste any better than they looked. At this point I asked to speak with the manager again and the shift leader came out to talk to us. I let her know what had happened and she said she would check what she could do for us. It took her several minutes but she came out with 3 coupons for 5 free wings, good only at that location (which is a 9 hour drive from our home), and told me she wouldn’t charge me for my wings. I let her know that it wasn’t just my wings, but the whole table’s wings, that were unacceptable. She apologized for it, but once again she had to go in the back to see what she could do. It was the general manager that came to talk to us next, who was the same woman I talked to about the food not being out yet earlier. She asked what the problem was, so once again we explained it and she had to go in the back to see what she could do. She returned after several minutes with our receipt and told us that she wouldn’t charge us for the wings. She did nothing for our wait or the fact that we were still hungry and she did not apologize for the poor customer service or give us our drinks for free . It was the worst visit to Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever had and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received from management. Our waitress was quick to refill our glasses and overall great but because of the food and the management I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Coming from Jacksonville, Florida I thought B-Dubs would be a safe bet... I WAS WRONG! I initially ordered online at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. The website said that my order would be ready at 6:10. I arrived at 6:15 expecting to be able to grab my food and go. Well, although there were three young employees at the take out counter playing grab ass, I was not aknowledged after standing at the counter for 5 or more minutes. Noticing there was no food on the counter, and two other customers obviously waiting for their orders, I went ahead and took a seat. After waiting a few more minutes I decided to interrupt them and asked if they had even received my order. They did not know and went to the kitchen... only to come back out and inform me that their printer had ran out of paper and they didnt even know I had placed an order. I finally received my order at approx 6:45. All of the food was cold. The server didnt even know that they were supposed to ring me up and I had to inform them that I hadnt paid yet. As I was leaving, I heard two other separate parties asking for their checks stating they just wanted to get out of there and they were sick of the service. I noticed there was one manager who appeared to be concerned with the barely filled dining room more than anything. Front of the house staff is very young and appears that they need close supervision which is what they wed not getting. Im here on business for another month. Usually Buffalo Wild Wings is my go to place when traveling. Unfortunately I will have to find somewhere else to spend my money while I am here.

Tonight was my 2nd visit to this bww location. The first I called in a Togo order, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the set time and was told to wait while they tossed my wings. They hadnt even started prepping them till I arrived. But I thought I would give them another change tonight and dine in. When we arrived at 9.30 the hostess walked up to the desk complaining that she thought it was 10.30 and was disappointed to realized she still had an hour of work. We asked to sit outside, not knowing that would mean we listened to employees scream profanities and fight in the parking lot thoughout our meal. I ordered a frozen margarita and it was brought to me on the rocks. I also ordered a burger with pepper jack cheese, but they were out of pepper jack cheese so I got queso instead. My husband ordered a beer, wings and a side salad. A full 50 minutes later our food arrived with a lame excuse about the kitchen using the wrong kind of cheese and needing to remake. However the queso on my burger was clearly dried and cold, it had not just been made fresh. My husbands wings were not even tossed. The rub and sauce had just been dumped on top. The flatware and napkins given to us were dirty. We had to ask for more and the waitress decided to clear tables first. we finally got sick of waiting for a check and went to the front to pay. The hostess could not find our waitress anywhere. And the manager didnt appear to care whatsoever ever. Awful experience!!

Horrible service. Family of 4 stopped in to eat after 6hrs on the road. Purposely timed it before they got busy for dinner rush. Wouldve made no difference. Wife and I agreed they were doomed tonight if they couldnt handle a 25% capacity. We gave our drink order to 3 different waiters/waitress and finally got our 2 cokes and 2 waters 25mins later. Seriously? Food order was taken 10mins after that (35mins after we first arrived!). Food took 40mins to arrive. All this time waiting and we saw plenty of staff just standing around talking/joking with each other. Waitress said she would give us 25% off since we waited so long. After we ate (food was decent), she then said shed give us 20% off AND 20% more if we filled out a survey. What? After waiting over an HR to just get food in a slow restaurant, absolutely no tentative service, why should we have to "work" to get a discounted price? We were just tired from our drive and just left $60 on the table and left. Yes, $60 was our bill w/ no tip. 2 adult dinners, 2 kid meals, 2 cokes, and 2 waters for $60. I will say that the wait staff were nice just didnt seem to have any management leadership. In fact, a visible manager was never seen. This ultimately is probably the issue. To sum up...nice staff, expect to wait long for everything (even when slow), ok food, will way over pay for experience (go to McDonalds for same "quality", cheaper, and faster of course).
