Ok last night I had ordered my pizzas to be delivered when I got them one had almost no cheese so I call and talked to a man that told me they would bring me another on but never happened was very very mad and hungry at bed time! BUT...... Before I had even got up the next day I had a message on Facebook by Ms. Holly Killian wanting to know what happened so that she could get the situation resolved for me. Let me tell you first off, she is not the store manager. If the store manager isnt proud of her, she really really should be!!! The girl needs a raise because she is totally awesome!!!!!!! She really cares about her customers. Most manager or assistant managers get their work done first and then make the calls to deal with stuff like this later in the day. Holly was on top of it before I even woke up this morning! Holly had already talked to the store manager and gotten me taken care of before they even opened today. I know their cooks may need to step it up one putting the cheese on the pizzas and enough of it!! The night crew of teenagers needs to work on their customer service skills, just a little bit! BUT...... There is at least one person who is totally on the ball 110% at the batesville store and she is the only reason I gave them a 5 star review. THANK YOU AGAIN HOLLY!!!!!!!!! Holly all five stars are for you!!!! Thank you so much you are the best and I hope your boss/ bosses see how valuable you are, and give you a raise because you truly deserve one or at least a big bonus!!!!!!!!!!!!

May 23rd, 2016 @ 8:45pm- My name is Tabitha Brown and I am a customer who just called trying to use credit that was given to me because the last pizza I got could hardly be called a pizza it was burned, no extra cheese- barely the amount there is suppose to be without paying for extra. So I was on the phone with a guy first who didnt know what he was doing but he was nice and tried to figure out how to help me. So he put a girl who called herself a manager on the phone. Her name was Ashley. Not only did she treat me like I was a liar and said she couldnt find where I had credit but she got a SNARKY, VERY unprofessional attitude with me then hung the phone up on me. I called back within 5 minutes and requested to speak to a manager this is when she said there is NO ONE above her in the company because (ashleys words)"pizza hut is a franchise"..... okay. And so is Subway, Dairy Queen, and Taco Bell, etc. ,but there is still someone above the store manager. I bluntly told her I knew that there was someone above her (district manager, or even customer service) and asked her to give me a name or number I could call. She would not budge!! I absolutely will not continue service at this pizza hut with the manager treating customers like this. If anyone knows who I can get in contact with to resolve this please let me know.

Last night my wife ordered a Fantasy Football Dinner Meal which included 2 one large topping pizzas and 8 piece wing and an order of bread sticks with a two liter. We ordered both of our pizza with pan crust which is the thickest they have next to stuffed. Our crust ended up being hand tossed which led to my wife getting sick because the thinner the crust the more the grease. Also the bread sticks were good but there was little to no sauce if any in the cup. My wife had to open up a can of tomato sauce for us to finish them. However, my wife just got off the phone with Ashley who was extremely pleasant and helpful. They are re-making our order and our problem is being corrected. This is the second time I have ordered a $10 Any Pizza Any Size deal. Apparently this Pizza Hut thinks selling pizza for this price is cutting into their profits too much. There are bare spots on the pizza with no cheese. I thought I outsmarted them by ordering extra cheese but it was a joke. At least two pieces were HALF bare of cheese. I prefer Pizza Hut pizza but Ill be sticking with their competitors here in town from now on.

Order from them all the time! So much so, they know me by name now! They do a great job and are very friendly. When I order carry out, I go in to the store to pick up and its always clean and nicely kept. When I order delivery, their drivers are always nice... And a lot of times, patient when I have to dig for change because I always forget to get my money ready in advance. :-)

Rediculous, been sitting in here for almost 45 minutes, drive through window isnt busy, inside isnt busy, couple dumbass kids running around goofing off. Waitress is really nice but oblivious to her customers not having their order taken. I would give it "0" stars but I dont think thats an option.. Do not eat at this place unless you got time to kill and a ton of patience.

We order pizza and wings from here almost every Friday night. Best pizza/wings in Batesville, Arkansas. Love ordering online and getting $10 off purchase of $20 or more that you receive on your receipt. Love the "make your own" pizza. Our favorite is 6 different meats with a BBQ sauce instead of marinara to go with our honey BBQ boneless wings. Its amazing!

I ordered a pizza from here along with bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. The bread sticks had burnt cinnamon on them and tasted rather gross. The pizza was done pretty well except for the Extra I asked for was not really any Extra
