First off they are always rude. They always give me a hard time about giving me a receipt. This time I waited & demanded an itemized receipt. A couple neighbors came in & joined me & I urged them to also get an itemized receipt. They did not pay de same price as me. Receipts did not have de correct time of service nor do they have de correct day in addition to their special lunch & dinner prices they always have "special" prices. Items were manually entered & adjusted to fit de final sale in an itemized receipt. Past receipts also show a slight difference in pricing adjustment. It may seem like just a few cents but everyones 2¢ adds uP! (Jsyk it was not a difference of 2¢ it was more but it was less than a dollar & on de same receipt of my neighbors both their drinks were a few cents different & on my individual receipt my drink was a different price than both of theirs.) This was not a taxing price adjustment. It is a vary in price charged for items. Other guests also spoke out that they felt they had been ripped off/or misused.

# User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Mo 06/02/2010 I have never in my life eaten at a restaurant and gotten sick until I ate here. They use so much MSG it is DISGUSTING!!! If you have high blood pressure or migraines you should avoid this place at all costs!! Glutamate which is in MSG is a calcium channel opener- that is the opposite function of high blood pressure and migraine medication. I have never had a reaction to MSG before I ate here- the food was not worth how sick I am today- DO NOT EAT THERE!! Go somewhere else- not only does EVERY other Chinese buffet in Fort Smith taste better- they wont make you sick and they cost the same if not less. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE- WORST MEAL OF MY LIFE! I can not express enough how much I wish I had never set foot in that nasty hell hole.

I havent been here in a very long tine and now I remember why. Disgustibg food some not even hot. Chicken was chewy fish was overcooked and I literally had to spit out food twice. The waitresses were speaking loudly across the room at each other hich ruined the atmosphere completely. We left in the middle of our meal. Ill stick with my favorite called asian buffet on rogers or even fried rice on midland. Never to return to this kitchen nightmare.

"This was the worst Chinese food Ive ever had in my life." I said that out loud to myself while I was unlocking my car. A Latina lady in the parking lot called out to me that she agreed completely. In addition, I have never seen fried food served anywhere with that much grease in it. I had 3 different stir fry type dishes that had five spice powder in them. Most of the foods were overwhelmingly sweet. Just awful.

Def not what it used to be. The ladies took forever to bring us our drinks and check... we paid $29.00 for two adults and a 6 yr old. Not a big variety of food choices. When we were paying, the lady who took my card was making eye contact the entire time to one of the other ladies who works there and chatting in their language the whole time. Food was good, but they could use some updates.

Probably by far the worst Place to ever Eat....worst customer service they yell across the place, get irrated when you ask for something. The food is horrible if you want your bp to jump through the roof because of the salt. It was cold ran out fast and waited 2 hours for the buffet to be filled up then they complain when you make a plate?? Buffet???? Dont waste your time or money....

Chinese kitchen at one time when they first opened and maybe a year or two after was a great place to eat at it had great food and was cheap but now the food is nasty because it sits out all day they dont put fresh food out until someone complained about the food being nasty and your servers hallar out toeach other in there language they are just as cheesy as the food there

Been a while since ive ate here due to quality going down. I read some good recent reviews and decided to give them another try. I am glad I did, The food was excellent in taste, it was hot and fresh. the place was clean and no major damages that i saw. only problem was it was a lil warm, when I asked them to turn on a ceiling fan i was told they do not work.

I made a to go order and they told me that it would be ready in 15 minutes.when I got there noting was ready so they started putting stuff from the buffet in to go boxes for me.it was all cold and nasty.they saw noting wrong with this picture.save your money and your time dont go there !

Those two girls in their right now are so rude I just will not and cannot go back there again and I asked then a question about one of the items on the bar they acted like they didnt understand what I was saying when clearly understand English well

I dont know what other people are talking about; Ive never been disappointed at Chinese Kitchen. While not the fanciest place in town, we have had a consistently good experience over the course of 15+ years in both service and food!

Bad customer service. You can only expect one refill before you have to start waving the waitress down. They speak very loudly to each other from across the restaurant. The food is usually good but staff is rude and tacky.

Highly recommended.I have ate here for years and the people are very respectful.The food is great,and the cost is reasonable.It is also located at a conveniant location right on the way to or coming back from the mall.

Awful and greedy establishment. Overcharged for a horrible meal that was stale and served on nasty, half-cleaned dishes. The place is trashy and overpriced. Please do not waste any time or money here.

They take forever to get your drink refilled if they ever even do it without having to ask them for a refill. But they have a couple of items on their buffet that I really like

Went there at 1230 on a Sunday and some of the food on the buffet was cool and not fresh. Not a lot of variety either. Definately will not got back.
