Horrible, horrible service. I ordered Friendship for delivery a couple weeks ago. They said the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. I called them an hour and a half after ordering and they said it was on its way. A total of TWO HOURS later I got a call from the driver who had absolutely no idea where he was, I had to meet him in the street. I decided to give them a second chance, and I am definitely regretting it. Here I am again, the SAME situation. It has been almost 2 hours now, I called and its on its way. By the time I got the food last week it was soggy, cold and disgusting. I am sure it will be the same way again.

Very bad customer service. I tried talking to the lady who took my order. She kept telling me I ordered something totally different. I tried to explain to her, she wouldnt listen. She kept yelling and hanging up on me. Didnt want to listen. Had the nerve to say I always have a problem with "you people." Wow! Someone else finally came to the phone and said she would redo my food. Really! After the "you people,"comment I dont think so. Try at your own risk.

I was put out of the chinese joint by the police for wanting a refund. The lady started yelling at me because i wouldnt agree that the combination fried rice smellwd the way it did because of the soy sauce. And anyone that knows me knows Im crazy about customer service, cause its what i do. Long story long, kcpd told me there was nothing i could do and that they didnt have to give me back me $ 28.00......

I found this restaurant with my sister out of pure luck 4 years ago and it is the only place i eat chinsese in KC. Its small and hidden away, but it the best tasting chinese food ive ever had. The prices are good too. They have the best fried rice ever. If youre unsure about what to get allow me to suggest the mongolian beef, it is stupendous, also the pork fried rice and the kung pao chicken. Youll love it.

When it comes to Chinese food Im picky, Friendship was recommended to me by a co worker. Inside was clean, lady at the counter was very friendly. I ordered Orange Chicken and Crab Rangoon , I was impressed. Portions were good, taste was very good. I will definitely be going back there to eat.

I would recommend this eating establishment in 2015 before I moved away. So understanding my disappointment on the food quality to now give a 1 star rating. Egg foo young, shrimp fried rice, and even the egg rolls were all over cooked. I want my 22$ back.

Great value. Good food. Large meals are enough for 2 average humans. We came feeling sick and despondent. We left feeling alive and satisfied. Friendly quick service had us fed and happy and to church on time (we thought we might be late)

Top notch and very cheap Chinese food. The interior isnt particularly nice, but they have a drive through so that you can avoid eating inside if you want. Their General Taos chicken is the best Ive ever had.

Love the cooked Fresh authentic Chinese...esp. sweet and sour pork! Good sized portions! If youre looking for quality AND quantity ..its the place to go!! The price is reasonable!

They did make my House Soup spicy, but it was greasy. The color of the fried rice was darker then normal to my husband and I. The flavor was just alright.
