I just had the craziest encounter with the person answering the phone here!! She got irritated because I had to get my card out of my purse to pay her for a delivery order. I read off the card number and she didnt respond - so I wait for her. She comes back to the phone and fusses me out for taking too long to get my card because - in her words - she had 10 customers there and didnt have time to wait on me!! My department at work gets delivery from them ALL THE TIME. So I told her I should get my food free for how she just treated me and she starts loud talking and over talking me again to where I could not get a word in. I finally hung up - and she called me back and said, "So, do you want this order?" I told her I dont want an order from her ever again!! So beware - crazy person works here!!! I give it NO starts!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to give it one star to post this.

I have never had a worse experience with a Chinese delivery place than this. I called and placed an order at 6:58. I waited for an hour with no food. I called them back to find out that, oh, they forgot to actually put the order in. Itll be about 20 minutes. But, they will send some free food. 35 minutes later, my food arrives. The delivery driver tells me the total for me to pay. Problem, I paid over the phone with my card. He had to write down my credit card number. The food is mediocre. Only really liked the crab rangoon and egg drop soup. This was my first, and last time, I will be eating at the Oriental Express.

I was passing thru Topeka Kansas and called for delivery. I went on line to see the menu. When I called in the order ALL of the prices were incorrect. The woman I spoke to said I must have had an old menu - that the prices had changes a long time ago. I told her I was looking on line and she told me NO - prices I had were wrong! I ordered anyway. I was hungry and just didnt have the energy to start over. BEWARE!!!! By the way...the worst oriental food I have ever eaten!

Great place for good fast Chinese food. Solid offerings in many categories. Tasty Spring rolls, excellent Egg Foo Yung, shrimp is good, really like their General Tsos chicken. Willing to make things more or less spicy. Quick delivery offered. Very basic eat-in facilities but great for take-out--usually 15 minutes or less. Nice people!

I have eaten at Oriental Express for probably 12-15 years now, and the food has never disappointed. The people are friendly, the food is reliably hot and tasty, and Ive never had a problem with service. I recently ordered food for 15 for a dinner party, and it couldnt have been better!!!

For take out Chinese food this place is great! Ive been coming here for years, and Im never disappointed. The sesame chicken is my favorite, they use quality white meat. The place is nothing fancy, just a hole in the wall, but always clean, and always hot and tasty.

We order from there often for lunch at my work. We all love it. Always hot and fresh and very fast delivery. (Less than 30 minutes usually) Love it and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks Oriental Express for keeping us full!! :)

They refused to deliver because I live too far away... I only live 4 miles away from this location. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Order was delivered on time, food was hot, but the beef was tough, tasted very old, and there was very little meat to the dish - not that Im complaining, we couldnt finish it due to the taste.

Best Chinese food ever!!!! I love their General Tso Chicken and Crab Rangoon. You can ask for delivery as well, I believe they deliver within 5-8 miles.

The lo mein is so good here! I have never had a bad meal for Oriental Express. Their delivery and carry out are both pretty quick as well.
