I googled the number for Hong Kong to order some take out. I selected the first number that came up, called, and placed an order. My husband went to get it. They told him I never called. We then realized that I called the Fort Smith location by mistake (I intended to order from van buren) I then called fort smith back, man answers: I said, "Im so sorry I called a few moments ago and placed a to go order without realizing there was a fort smith and van buren location. I meant to call van buren." Before I can say anything else he starts yelling at me, "youve got to be freaking kidding me" and TELLING me that Im going to drive to his store and pick it up. At this point, Im mad. I realize I made a mistake, but had he spoken to me in a decent manner, I wouldve said sure, Ill come right over and get it. Since he talked to me like a dog, I refused to pick the order up. He continued yelling and I hung up. He then proceeded to call my phone so my husband called and told him to stop. My husband then placed an order with Hong Kong van buren and explained what had taken place. Hong Kong in van buren were extremely apologetic and understanding. The order was two dishes. Thats it. You wouldve thought I had the man make $700 worth of catering and then cancel. Ill never go there and advise everyone to go to van buren instead.

This is the best Chinese restaurant i have eaten in in the last 4 years. I have tried many here in Fort Smith and they do NOT hold up to what I am used to. I was about to give up when a woman told me I had to try Hong Kong Restaurant. Took me a long while to try it. I finally got around to it one day and WOW I was back home again for an hour or so. I was so jazzed. The reason it is so wonderful is that the owner had worked in San Francisco. This is where I grew up. Of course I never want to go back to California as long as I can find Chinese food as good as this is here. Three cheers for HONG KONG RESTAURANT!!! They even deliver now, as the sign said out front the other day.

My husband is a truck driver we got stuck with a load at nestle/Gerber not sure when will be unloaded. I ordered the food online on a hope and prayer as we had nothing to eat or drink. Some guy called me from this place and was kinda snippy and rude but the food is great, the portions are really good size even sharable wish I had known ,but the delivery guy Christopher was the most amazing person we have met in this state. He found us no issues and really made an impression he went out of his way to help us when no one else did or would.

Usually its really good but when i called and asked about how the family meal worked per person first thing he says to me is thats 60 dollars like i didnt know that. Then upon delivery i notice there are no egg rolls...i call and he says i didnt say special so thats why i didnt get any egg rolls..... This is the first time ive ever received poor service from there but my food was delivered cold and i was insulted like i dont go to work and pay my own bills.ill keep my 40-60 bucks and ill be finding a different resturant to go to.

Ive been to this place atleast 15 times. Ive always dined inside but, today I decided to drive through the window, and without knowing there was a speaker for me to speak into, I just pulled to the window. When the lady opened the window she spoke to me in a derogative voice.. She voiced that, "The speaker works next time to use it." That lady made me feel like a bother. Im spending money I want great customer service. Learn to smile.

A waist of money! I have ordered here several several times, this time was so horrible I will not order here again ever! Food tasted old, rice was hard and dried out, curry chicken....well the curry was watered down honey chicken I guessed was cook yesterday and must of just had honey sauce poured over it egg drop soup and wonton soup very disappointing!!!

The food is still hot, its delicious and comes with everything you need delivered all over Fort Smith. They are understandable on the phone and you dont have to repeat yourself, the orders are always delivered exactly like you ordered. Its affordable and comes in large quantities, be prepared to share.

I love the food here but the guy at the register its SOOOOO RUDE he presuree to order I try to start small conversation while I waited for my to go other.. I feeld like he dint even want me to be at the restaurant, but the food is good. Someone should tell them to look at there Google reviews.

I have only had delivery, but they are always fast! The deliver gentleman is really nice! Food is amazing and there is a lot of it!! Customer service, food, delivery everything this restaurant has to offer is top notch!! Worth every penny! And the prices are fair! Love this place!! 5 stars

Lunch specials are great value. Portions are large. I have loved everything Ive ordered. Only place I will go. No need to call and place a to go order in the evening. Longest Ive waited in the drive thru was 5 minutes from ordering to receiving my food.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Ft. Smith! They even deliver! The cream cheese wontons are amazing. My favorite dish is the sesame chicken and my wife gets the general tso. Friendly staff and great prices, especially for their lunch special

Horrible service frequently! My family loved this place until we were discriminated against. The cost of the food nolonger out weighs the mean lady at the counter and frequent wrong orders. Our family will no longer eat at this establishment.

The woman that took my order over the phone was very rude. When I picked up my food at the drive through the guy was rude as well. No matter how good their food maybe, they will never get my money again.

Best chinese in Fort Smith! Havent found anything on the menu I dont like yet! Sometimes its kind of difficult to call in an order over the phone as most of the employees dont speak english very well.

Food is excellent and delivery is quick. I highly recommend. Just ate in the actual restaurant for the first time. Simple decor, food is great. Deep fried ice cream is very good.
