Wanted to like it but found the entire experience a bit gross. It was my second time trying this particular restaurant. Ordered a cheese burger with grilled onions, mushrooms and mayo. It was like eating a soggy sloppy joe, they slathered both sides of the patty with mayo soaking the bread and making it difficult to eat. I had to scrap off the extra mayo and the grilled onions were finely chopped instead of caramelized like I was picturing. The cheddar there reminds me of Kraft cheese its kind of plastic like and doesnt have a lot of flavor. Then there was the after eating experience. I went to use the restroom and was confused upon entering as there was a short urinal to the left and toilet to the right next to a sink. I realized that I thought it must just be for one person, but the lock on the door was broken. So I go to use the urinal midway through the door opens, a man enters uses the other toilet and Im like trying to wash my hands while avoiding eye contact as there is no partition. It was awkward and weird. If youre going to do a double toilet/stall make sure the door locks! It was also dirty and made me want to never return.

I have to say, five guys makes the best burgers in Tucson for being a fast food joint. I am always never disappointed by the level of service five guys provides to its customers. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant atmosphere is fun. You are really getting the most bang for your buck. I definitely recommend to someone who hasnt been here before.

My first time there. Yes it is pricey and yes the quality is exceptional, but my problem was with the staff. The cashier I had was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Im hoping I caught her on a bad day, but it definitely ruined the experience.

Best burgers Ive ever had (sorry Mom). Order on-line and have your order ready when you get there (Course they cook the fries after you get there, so theres a little wait). Munch on some peanuts while you wait!

Great friendly customer servive. When I was leaving everyone that worked there said goodbye to me. Not sure if thats company policy but I was impressed . The food was also great.....loved loved the hot fries.
