I write this review in protest of this business. We have on many occasion come in and received poor service. We wouldnt have a server until we asked the host if we had a server. Also, on three different visits received the entirely wrong order. About 50% we get the wrong wing sauce. On our last dine-in experience, the waitress was EXTREMELY slow and messed up all six of our meals, along with at least 2 other tables orders. We were comped several 6 free wing coupons that the manager told us we could use ANYTIME. Since then we have tried to use the coupons on a Thursday and on Tuesday (11/3/09), and both times the host told us the we couldnt use them on that day because it was there wing special night. Both times the host told us that we could use them any other day but the day we wanted them. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! So now weve had bad service dine-in and on the phone, that means we can not get any service from them at all! Im very sorry this had to happen because we really love their wings but their service forces me not to do business with them!

I would give a negative rating if I could. We went and it took 45 minutes to get our lunch. When I asked the waitress if our order was lost she yelled at us that we only placed it 5 minutes ago. How is that possible when we ordered an appetizer and had already ate it? Then the manager came up to tell us we were being rude by asking the waitress where our food was. Then when it came out the waitress slammed it on the table and said it just came out. Well, the burgers were all dry and the food was cold so uuuuuummmmm no that wasnt true. I called the manager and never received a phone call back so I did the survey. He only sent an e-mail back saying he was sorry and he would send me a gift certificate. It took me three e-mails to get the gift certificates and then they expired 12/15 and i received them 1/16. DONT EAT HERE

This is the 3rd+ time our phone order has been less than satisfactory (aka messed up to the point of being inedible) and Im mad enough to write about it. Im under the impression there is no employee training or the kitchen staff is illiterate... theres no other explanation for how our orders could get messed up as often as they do. Weve been long time patrons of BWW, but recently found it was more enjoyable to eat their food at home... however, our orders are rarely filled as we place them: ask for no chili on the nachos, but get home to find chili on the nachos; order onion rings, they choose to replace it with a baked potato, order boneless wings, get traditional instead... its terrible, this restaurant seriously needs to improve employee training and accountability. We will for sure not be eating here anymore

called in to order a dozen wings and was told it would take 15 minutes. I sat there for 50 minutes until finally getting up and asking her to check on my order. the order had been sitting at the desk the entire time and was now cold. she looked into the bag and confirmed that they had forgot to include something and asked if Id like her to go to the kitchen and get it. I said yes, please do and she stormed off. after finally leaving with my complete order, I returned home 1 hour and 10 minutes after placing my order to eat my cold wings. stick with Applebees, better boneless wings that are ready in 10 minutes.

Terrible service. We waited over 45 minutes for a simple order of 40 wings! About 30 minutes after we ordered, our waitress said our order would be out. Then about 10 minutes later a manger came to our table to check in with us. Apparently, he did nothing because we waited for an additional 10 minutes before we finally left. Our wings never came! It was not busy at all while we were there and there is no reason our order should have taken that long. If I could leave a zero star rating, I would.

Slow service, bartender that came on refused to help us because we werent her ticket, both myself and my fiance have worked at Buffalo Wild Wings in California, and opened stores for the company. The lack of quality we got from our in restaurant and take home service seriously sucked. No sauce on wings? No 2 ranches for a two large orders of wings? Missing ordered food? Seriously NEVER GOING BACK. I guess California BWW just have higher standards in customer service.

Simply put, a restaurant ought to have plates. Ceramic, glass, stone, who gives a crap. When dining with my wife, we had a large amount of food we wanted to put on personal plates, instead of having to reach around everywhere to get the wings, fries, whatever. When I asked the server for a plate she stated, "we actually dont have plates." Are you for real. Its a restaurant, not McDonalds. Get some plates, the paper boat-style containers do not suffice.

Even though this place is only a block from my house Ive only been three times. Every time gets worse. Tonight there was a arrogant and rude guy bartender. If management is reading this it was the bartender working the Vikings - New Orleans championship game. Other people to barmaid comments also about his attitude. Since never had a good experience at this place I say go to SPECTATORS - the locals favorite the staff is nice and the food is awesome.

Buffalo wild wings usually have the best fried pickles. These were cold service very very slow. Sine ordered fries with his meal didnt get them. When he asked her she said 45 seconds they would be done. She came back after my son finished his wings they were like the pickles cold. I hope they can retrain Her. But the wings were hot and chickens strip I ordered were hot and very good.

Great atmosphere to hang out with friends after a long day. Service is usually quick and friendly especially for the size group we bring and at what time of night we come. Dinner is then fairly reasonable especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays for wings. The Rock Bot app makes things even better allowing you to make song selections from the comfort of your seat.

Amazing! I have both eaten here and ordered out several times and have never had one problem with the service or food. The waiter/bartender is always kind and professional, and the food is delicious. I also love the atmosphere in the dining room, must be something to do with being surrounded by huge televisions. :) I highly recommend this B-Dubs.

8/13 10p Not a great experience tonight... Positives: Fries and onion rings. Negatives: Our server/Ashton was clearly NOT happy have us in the dining room, or the table that was seated directly after us. Had to ask another server for drink refill. Your boneless wings, GarlicParm, were WAY to crunchy, perhaps they has been sitting awhile!

Great, friendly waitstaff. Loud as any good sports bar should be. The wings have always been on point, and the beer selection is solid! Great place to catch out of market NFL or MLB games. Ive yet to have a negative experience and Ive easily dined or had beers here upwards of 40 times. Super fast service! Best BDubs Ive been to!
