Not good. I went there for the first time and though the service was great, the food was dry, tasteless, and not very appealing. I had the chicken tenders which were dry and bland, corn on the cob which was over cooked and too soft, and fried pickles which were actually not bad. This restaurant somewhat resembles Grandys but youre better off going there than Chicken Express.

I sincerely apologize to those who likes Chicken Express meals. Today, Sept 14, 16, I purchased a box of gizzards and livers the first time but I refuse and can not eat. It is was so dry and it doesnt fit for human consumption. I will post the remainder of the product. *Fried Cheese Sticks were good. Disappointed first time customer.

My first time eating at a chicken express and it was fantastic! The tenders were huge, tender and juicy, cooked perfectly, the rolls were great, and fried pickles were delicious. Everything was great, including the service, my only complaint is theres only one in town - we need one on the west side! Ill be a regular customer

Servicenwas fast. Food was good, not condimended which is good just purely fried goodness. Had chicken strips, catfish, ocra, pickles and a cookie for my family. Every single thing was delicious, not overcondimented nor salty. Cookies were the bomb!
