I use to love this Cicis but as of recently their quality has seriously diminished. The employees are rude and obviously have no enthusiasm in their job. The pizzas on the buffet are rarely fresh. Youd be lucky to get some fresh cheese bread or whatever. My friend ordered a pizza 3 different times and every single time they got his order wrong. Then when confronted about it they say its our fault. I also tried ordering a personal pizza but the older manager (old lady with blonde hair) was very rude and said i couldnt order because there was already pizza on the buffet. They dont even have crushed pepper and parmesan shakers at the tables anymore. They took away the napkin holders at the tables as well. So if you like getting up constantly for napkins and toppings then this Cicis will be perfect for you. This use to be my favorite restaurant now its the LAST choice for my friends and I. Tip: New management, new employees, new rules and your business just might start doing good again. I wish I could give zero stars because even one star for this place is generous.

The manager here isnt the same as before. The quality of the pizza here isnt all that great. They like to leave the pizza under the lamps until theyre rubbery and old. During the day when its hot, sitting by the windows is a terrible idea. Sometimes, sitting anywhere is a terrible idea because youre either away from the air or directly underneath the speaker. They play music very loud here, so it could be a hit or miss depending on whether youd like to converse with company or not.

Friendly service but the quality of the food has gone down considerably and the price has gone up. The pizzas are burnt and items on the pizzas are low quality and scarce. The salad bar has less items than before. There are no salt and pepper shakers or parmesan shakers either. I used to love going to Cicis but theyve lost their touch.

I came in with my cousins and there was allways pepperoni pizza and I did not have to wait for more to come out. That is ussually a problem I get in cicis, but it was nice, clean, and pizza was ready. Thats honestly all I expected from cicis, so for me cicis checked all my boxes that I expected.

A lot of pizza selections but you could tell they had been sitting there a while. They didnt replace the empty pizza stations very quickly. The pizza was thin and chewy

its like $5.25 for the buffet and a drink. I love coming here, tons of different kind of pizza, with pasta and you gotta love the pizza apple pie :)

The pizza is not that great, but its 7$ or so for unlimited pizza. I wouldnt recommend it unless you have kids.
