Jesus where do I start with this place. Initially started off well , came in with a large party, one of our servers kept up and gave us 4 or 5 wine samples until a few of our party members chose which they wanted. We ordered Italian margaritas you can tell for one that the server didnt have knowledge of the drink as he asked us if we wanted it frozen or rocks (only comes frozen) and asked us if we wanted sugar or salt ( specifically comes with an orange sugar coated rim) if nothing else we got a laugh out of it. You need to have knowledge of your menu though to accurately serve your guests. We had children with us, and ordered all of our drinks at one time. We got out margaritas and wine, but didnt receive the other drinks for 20 min!!! I literally had to get up out of my seat and ask another server to grab my kids drinks because they were starting to get really fussy. Once we got to order which also took forever, we waiting about 20 min to get our soup and salad. About 5 min later, before we were even done with our appetizers, out entrees came out. Now a little history here also we got bread once we came in before anything to keep the kids occupied, we asked for bread about 5 or 6 times, we got it 45 min later as we were finishing up our entrees. Also as our friends were joining the manager at the front of the store told our friends to go find us. Didnt help them find our party or offer any assistance. Literally told them to find us. I worked in the industry 11 years, even at an olive garden for about 11 months so I know policy and procedure as well as service steps ect. Never had such a terrible experiance at a restaurant, more or less at an olive garden. We were not taken care of and we were put off by our server and even management. Was it discrimination because we were young? Because we had kids? Because it was a shared table and they had to share the tip so we were secondary? Maybe a little bit of all of the above? I will probably never come back here. I couldnt believe the amount of professionalism that this place is lacking.

Used to be great, now I will have to find another Olive Garden to patronise. On 4 seperate occasions I have found hair in my food. Last time we went was a couple weeks ago. Had a waiter with a full beard training a new hire. Ordered our drinks, were brought wrong drinks. Ordered never ending pasta and were told that we could have the spaghetti with marinara sauce instead of meat sauce, then told when food arrived that this substitution was not allowed. Ordered fettuccini alfredo, received chicken alfredo which was sent back as the waiter stated if we just wanted to go ahead and keep we would be charged the higher price for chicken. Ordered refill pasta bowls which mine had a hair. Notified waiter so he replaced, no apologies. Ordered a lemonchello (spellling?) dessert shooter and received 2, only ordered 1. Waiter argued that I had in fact ordered 2 thru the kiosk but I was only looking at dessert options and never hit submit. Looks like I will have to drive further to have great pasta and service.

Came to dinner with my family. Our waiter was Tyler. My silverware was dirty, with what I assume was a wad of straw paper since the napkins are cloth. I received new utensils with eagerness. Our food tasted alright, at least after my boyfriend waited 5 minutes for the waiter to come back with new silverware. Our waiter admitted to forgetting :( When ready to leave he brought our boxes readily but forgot to bring a bag for our bottle of wine. My boyfriend tips really well and I was embarrassed to have left the waiter only $5, and that should go to the cook. Our food tasting decent, but our service not being as top notch as we like we rate this Olive Garden 3 stars. The cook can keep up the good work!

I enjoyed going there very much. I got the minestrone but I really wasnt pleased with taste (I still ate it all because being wasteful is bad)but the waiter was so freaking super awesome he said I could have a different one chicken and gnocchi. That was so great. My Husband got the trio Italy thing. He was sad becase he got so use to store bought frozen lasagna that he wasnt sure what to make of the one he was served. He ate all the linguine and most of the chicken, but he really loved the shrimp that had lemon and was breaded (growing up in the south myself... I never thought shrimp could be disgusting, sorry to say) but it was nice after a long day in the sun...

I am so disappointed.. My boyfriend and I went to have dinner . We had to send r food back 2 times they didnt give us want we wanted .. the 3 time they brought it out to us it was still wrong. My boyfriend just didnt end up eating returning his food back . When they brought mines out it was still wrong the posta was hard like they didnt food it all the way .. it was just so bad .. it ruined my whole night .. I just ended up taking it home .. I was feeling bad for my boyfriend cause he didnt even eat and was really hungry. Then they still tryed to change us for stuff we didnt get .. I couldnt believe how bad it was .. I never have problems with Olive Garden..

June-27-2016My family and I ate there yesterday! I had Spegetti with marinara and meatballs it was AMAZING! Bread sticks AMAZING,Salad Perfectly put together.. There vegetable SOUP MY HUSBAND SAID WAS PRETTY GOOD (He is super picky) , THE KIDS HAD SPEGETTI AS WELL REGULAR SPEGETTI MY SON LOVED IT! The broccoli he scarfed down (1 year old) If that doesnt say this was a great place to eat .. I dont know what will! They said the wait is 10-15 minutes. We barely sat down and are name was called that made us happy we were starving! Also our waiter THOMAS was so nice! He is on top of everything. Planning to go tonight again!

Our waiter reaked and wasnt at the table most of the time. He didnt bring our food another gentleman did. The salad was old and was definitely not fresh, my boyfriend and I both agreed. The breadsticks were hard and not hot. The fettuccine pasta tasted funny like old and my boyfriend and I both got multiple hard pieces of noodles. We both got the buy one take one of the frozen fettucine but were both hesitant to eat it at home based on our experience so it unfortunately was wasted. My parents refuse to go their because its so terrible but my boyfriend and I werent aware of how downhill its gotten.

Fui el Domingo 24 de Sept. Espere 20 minutos para agarrar mesa luego otras 20 minutos mas para que me sirvieran las bebidas. Al fin me llevaron la comida y resulta que pedi pollo marsalla que lleva papas rostizadas pero como no habia me dijeron pure de papa y les dije que yo no queria pure de papa y me dijeron que haci lo estaba sirviendo ya llevaba 10 minutos y la comida de mi hija no llegaba mi Nina de 7 an"os con mucha hambre fue decepcionante. Pero el near to en realidad creo que no fue culpa de el Sino de la cocina el se lla.a Jonathan. Pero fue muy amable
