"Music too loud, awful service lately, questionable food." Me and my co workers liked coming here...but the past 4 times has been bad experiences.. Last Friday 3/18/16 was a pathetic joke! Only positive was a woman was showing off her whale tail. Lol First off, way to fricking loud in there! And one of the times we went in they were blasting boy band teenage girl music and this stupid girl (server) would drop what she was doing and run over to the the stereo and crank It up (probably as loud as it could go with how freaking loud it was) whenever her favorite song would come on and she would start singing as loud as she could and dancing all over the place. ITS A FRICKING SPORTS BAR!!!! WE DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO THAT CRAP!!!!! not to mention that you normally need to yell at your server so she can actually hear you. Im sure alot of there wrong order issues would be solved simply by turning down the music or tvs. 2nd the service, we normally sit at the bar and our server is pretty good. But the last few times we have not gotten her...it was either a trainee or a gay guy that couldnt pay attention to save his life. Last time it was packed and and we wound up sitting in the booth on the dividing wall and for some reason the booth behind and in front of us had different servers then the gay guy we got and it took him 20 minutes just to come by and get our drinks which by then we were obviously ready to order...which we did and it took him another 10 minutes just to bring back our drinks which he got wrong.... We waited for 48 minutes and he never once came back to our table for refills or check up on us and we left before ever getting our food..and went to pizzarev next door. witch Im sure the food was done long before that but he was too busy serving a big Groupe to bother with us or his other tables. The tables around us were waiting along time for there food but got it way before us and we got there before them and there servers actually checked up on them and brought them food. 3rd food quality. Generally not toooo bad. I normally get boneless Teriyaki Wings my co-workers usually get normal wings with Buffalo dry rub and either my wings are absolutely drenched in teriyaki sauce you cant really eat em without gagging or their wings usually dont have any Buffalo dry rub on them or still have feathers on them!!!. and the fries we get them with dry rubb and they either have way too much much or none at all and the past few times Ive noticed a few pieces of my chicken that are RAW in the middle.... Dont think we will ever go back there....witch is sad cus we love wings and its close by but its unacceptable to be there for over an hour and not even get your food when most people are there on their lunch breaks that are only 30 minutes long.

Like many have posted, the food is good but the service was not the best. While our server was nice and friendly, upon arriving to the restaurant there was no one at the front desk to seat us. Many workers passed by but didnt really acknowledge us. Finally someone came up and asked if we wanted to sit in a certain section and told us to go over and pick our own seat. After that we waited a good fifteen minutes before someone realized we hadnt been served, gave us a menu (which I found very confusing) and asked us for our drink order. Since we werent in a hurry it wasnt a big deal but it was a little weird. After ordering it was almost 15 minutes before our appetizer got out and 15 more before our wings got out to us which I thought was kind of long for a few wings but apparently it was "Wing Tuesday" so they were selling a lot of them. It wasnt all bad though: Being my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings they let us try 6 sauces with a few French Fries, the lady who helped us with that was very friendly. And once we got served I was given refills on my drink pretty frequently--- the mango lemonade was delicious, although not very lemonadey. As for the food, the Honey BBQ and the Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings were pretty good and the Irish potato wedges were a satisfying appetizer. So overall it was an average experience with some good and bad moments. Being my first time I didnt know what to suspect, was glad the food was good but the lack of service at first was a little awkward as I had no idea how the system went.... PS: I think they may have fixed their loud music problem because I didnt feel it was very loud at all.

Sunday night we ( the guys from work) went out to this place called "Buffalo Wild Wings in West Valley" STAY AWAY! It started off with us sitting at the table for almost 30 min. with no drinks. They have there own set of rules that say we cant have drinks until we have food on the table. WHAT? Then you can only have 3 the first hour and then only one each hour after that. Some of the guys asked for shots. No problem, but you cant have a beer and a shot on the table at the same time. again WHAT!!!!! She actually took the beers away until they drank the shots. Second: The servers brought a beer to the table and couldnt tell us what kind it was, a second server comes to the table with two more beers, and he couldnt tell us what kind he had. then he says This is my first night, you should be able to see from the color which one is yours. Third: When they brought the food, they brought it one order at a time. And each one was wrong. Forth: No flatware, no napkins, had to go looking for them ourselves. would you believe it, they gave us bar napkins. The Manager came over to talk to us about the problems we were having, but it ended there. You guessed it, he did nothing. I could go on with more but I want. Just dont go there, you will regret it.

Unprofessional and terrible service! My husband and I came Saturday afternoon to watch the game and get some wings. Both sections of seating were open so they told to sit where ever wed like. We sat near the bar where only 3 others tables were taken. As soon as we sat down our waiter got us started with drinks and took our order for our appetizer. We waited 15 minutes for him to come back and take our food order. After he took our order we waited 45 minutes for our nacho appetizer and watching two tables be seated and served their meal we decided to leave. We went to the front to pay for our drinks and had to flag down one of the servers who was standing in the front talking and laughing with a coworker. When we finally got her attention we told her we wanted to pay for our drinks and leave, she got our waiter and had him come over to ring us up for our drinks. After another 10 minutes of waiting he left to talk to his manager. When he came back he said we didnt need to pay for the drinks. He had a terrible attitude the entire time he was talking to us. No apology whatsoever for waiting 45 minutes for chips and the manager didnt even bother coming out to apologize. Will never come here again.
