If you are here in the Valley and want an authentic Italian-style meal, I really encourage you to try Buca-di-Beppo. They have some good food. This place, eh, not so much. As a kid I used to love Olive Garden. Its been a few years since Ive been, and I probably wont be coming back. The servers are really nice, but brutally honest (the guy who waited our table let us know, that he would much rather bet at home watching the start of his sports season). We were a family of black folk, and I found it a little disturbing that they sat us next to the only other family of black folk, which was a little unnerving. Nonetheless we ordered the get one take one, with the choice being Shrimp Scampi, and take home fettucine alfredo. In all honesty, the take home meal (which is premade and packaged) was probably better than the meal I had at the restaurant that was fresh cooked. The breadsticks were much blander than I remember, and they make you pay $3 extra for any dipping sauce. The salad was okay, but there werent enough tomatoes it needed more flavor. You can tell these people really dont care, because when the dishes came out, they looked really nice and pretty, but they didnt have a touch of good flavor, and were lacking. The shrimp scampi only had six pieces of shrimp, and it was served maybe 20 degrees above room-temperature. No saute flavor, no tradition zesty Scampi flavor. The unlimited soup and salad was a bit of a downer, because it was either or, and the soup bowls are so small you can finish them in a heartbeat. Overall, not impressed. Olive Garden, get your act together.

Its not fresh food, still from frozen Source process food and mass produced for quick feeding. Its nothing like home cooking of course or upper class locations that dont use the mass produced sources. But thats why its much less expensive. My wifes chicken marsala tasted like noodle Ramen packet flavoring and it was from a pan that had old grease Facebook grease burn and you could taste the grease burn but the manager took that off the bill they dont make adult Pizza on the menu anymore so I had to order a kids meal Pizza which doesnt seem oven fired anymore or as fresh as the adult menu pizzas once were of course the breadsticks are always good the salad and the soup go with what you know but if you can cook for your lady or take her to a higher class location where you have to make a reservation because youre going to pay more but shes worth it isnt she. And you wont feel like you ate a greasy meal on your way home as long as you have the right expectations you wont be disappointed at this location.

I had good service while I was dining in. I did the buy one take one, they brought my take one in a bag and ready to go. I got home set it in the fridge (still in the bag) went to eat it the next day and it wasnt what it was supposed to be. I called and talked to a manager named Tammy. She offered me a gift card or to bring it in and they will fix it. Well as you could imagine I was obviously hungry when I went to eat the food so I told her Id come in to get the right food. She gave me a warm one ready to eat, fresh breadsticks, and a dessert for my troubles (: I am highly satisfied with the way she handled this.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I absolutely never write reviews, but this place has to have the most terrible service I have ever had. We have been here for 45 minutes, it took 20 to get a drink, and after ordering directly after sitting down it took 40 minutes to get our food. My pasta came out colder than my exes heart. I have yet to receive a refill or see my waitress again. ***I revised my review because I got in touch with the manager and she took care of everything. She was respectful, calm, and took care of the problems we had.

A restaurant with delicious Italian cuisine and a delightful ambiance. The menu is extensive and there are great choices to order from. The restaurant exhibits artful decorations, the sitting arrangements have a touch of privacy, and there are all sorts of comfort considerations. Drinks are ordered from the bar or per the menu and the service is impeccable. Upon leaving the restaurant one could choose to drive through the beautiful and picturesque area of Chandler and enjoy the exquisite beauty of nature. A great dining experience.

I went with my family and it was awesome, great customer service experience! Seated almost right away everything tasted good. I use to go to this location for years but I moved to queen creek and that location was the worst food ever very salty; gave them 3 chances to get it right. This was my cheat day and it was worth it. I did not mine the drive as long as I have good food and great service. Thanks Justin and the kitchen staff it was delicious. Justin good luck with the new baby

We came here on a Saturday evening...and oh my gosh it was very busy. We didnt have reservations so we waited for like 5-10 minutes to be seated...that was our bad. But as the hostess sat us to our seats she did apologize for the wait. I love coming here because not only is the food great but also they give out free samples of wines. Our waitress was very nice and kind, she kept checking on us thru out our visit. Even though it was very busy I still had an amazing experience.

Today (literally right now, July 31) I am experiencing terrible service. To start I had to wait 20 minutes at a location thats fairly empty. Once we able to get a table the seats were filthy. After we placed our order, we have yet to receive our drinks (15 minutes and counting), we are waiting on bread sticks, and our food. Our waiter has given drinks to other tables and food to other tables. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

I was sat at 12:58. At 1:09 no one had greeted me. So i got up and walked to the host stand told the hostess that no one must have that table because i wasnt even greeted and her come back "sorry about that" so i walked out the door. Not Im sorry let me get your server or let me get you another table nothing. She did not care that i was not served or walking out the door. Goodbye olive garden dont ever expect me back.

Just had an amazing dinner at olive garden. Walked in with a headache and was greeted by a pleasant server. Arianna was perfect for me and my girlfriend. She gave us plenty of time to chat and delivered possibly the fastest and the most attentive service Ive ever received. The fact I wanted to leave a review with a splitting migraine should really say how great Arianna was for us.

Our server, Alex, was top notch and we had everything we needed before we asked. The plate sizes are perfect lately, not too much food usually, though certain items are more robust for the real hungry people. Some plates come with baked zucchini on the side as the veggie which was great. Good stuff. Thanks!
