11/04/16 I came here tonight to grab my usual Five Guys burger. When I walked in there was a guy ordering and I was waiting when I noticed shells on the floor. A lot of them. When it was my turn to order I let my cashier know (Amaya) that there were shells on the floor since I assumed they were unaware. Her response was oh we give peanuts away here. So what was your order? I was a bit shocked. So I asked her name then to speak to a manager. A guy named (Kaylyn) came up to the counter and I repeated all of this to him. I also added that when I said there were nuts on the floor (Amaya) acted as if she didnt care. He said sorry about that we will take care of it. We have been busy. I ordered a burger after this. My order was totaled at 8:28pm and I left at 9pm. When I walked out the door no employee had even walked over to where the nuts were and customers were lined up waiting. If someone doesnt care about filth and lousy customer service then go here....otherwise go to another location! Ps this was my first time at this location and I love Five Guys. Pictures attached!

I ate at Five Guys on Bell, and somehow forgot my purse when I left. Because I wasnt the one driving, I didnt realize it was gone for several hours. I returned to Five Guys feeling heartsick. But when I got back, they had my purse behind the counter, and everything was intact. Heres to an amazingly honest crew! When I tried to thank them, they just said not to worry about it, that Five Guys has your back! And for sure, Ill be back there. Their hamburgers are good, but their staff is even better!

Great food, meh place, which we deal with for the food alone. But stupid expensive now. Ate there tonight with my neighbor: 2 cheeseburgers, 1 LG french fries, 1 REG soda, 1 water cup = $27!!! Bye bye Five Guys, last time Ill ever eat there. I cant see how they will keep the doors open at these prices, Chilis, in the same plaza, is $7 less for the same meal.

Great fries and burgers, but Im giving them a low rating because the last three times Ive been here they always forget one of the toppings I order on my burger. Come on I havent had a McDonalds forget a topping and yet what they charge for their food you would think they would remember if I ordered bacon or mushrooms....

We just walked out of this location and the staff was unbelievably amazing!! They were all friendly and willing to help when needed! I have been to this location a million times but tonight was exceptional! A special thank you to the guy who took our order! Super friendly and just nice! You guys rock!!

The food is good but this five guys messes up my order every single time it doesnt matter the time of the day or if come in or order online. First time added cheese when i ordered a plain burger. Today I got an order plain bacon burger and theres giant cuts of jalapeno peppers on it.

All i wanted was a burger while Wifey wanted a burrito. She stopped at Chipotle, and Five Guys was next door, so I went in. Although expensive and slow, it was the best burger ive had next to my own...(GRILL MASTER)...and I will definately be coming back.

There Burgers and Hot dogs are really good, Use to only go to Two Hippies and Smash Burger but Five Guys as won me over. Great Selection of Soda at this location and the Music is kinda loud at times but Great Staff and Open Late.

I dont get the Hype! Its good but not great. The soda machine was my first time with one of those. I like it! The fries for me were the best part. The burgers are good just I cant tell you why they stand out to me.

Alright shakes over here. However it took about 15 minutes after my order to get the shake. No toppings or addons either just a regular chocolate shake. Good shake though so not going to complain about it.

Burgers are good but definitely not the best Ive had, especially for the high price. Fries are way overrated. Far too salty and the huge amount of seasoning on the Cajun fries makes them inedible.

Five guys makes great burgers and wonderful frys and the portions are to die for. Absolutely wonderful you can order online and pickup in store and their drink menu seems limitless.

The burgers here are on point! Just order a small fry and split it they give you so many! Its a bit pricey but totally worth it. Staff Is awesome as well
