Sorry, but slow IS the "norm" here. Ive been twice and am not going back. I watched my sandwich go through what appeared to be a toaster oven but when I started eating.. my bread seemed almost doughy not toasted. Threw in garbage. Cost almost $10.00 with small bag of chips and drink. In my opinion Subway makes better food at almost half the price and twice as fast with only two people working in entire store.

I wouldnt usually rate a sub shop, since most lack consistency and Im wasting my time by writing a review, but Ill make an exception for this Firehouse. This Firehouse is close to work and is ALWAYS consistently good. Their steamed meats are drained well so your bread doesnt get soggy right away (unlike other Firehouse locations Ive been to) and the employees are pleasant to deal with.

Bad customer service only person in line didnt get acknowledge for several minutes wile standing right in front of cashier and she was rude things she was new and she definitely was not being helped by the team. I love Firehouse Subs and have had great experience in the rest of them but wont be going to this location again

Firehouse has hot subs that are extremely flavorful and juicy. On my first visit to this location, it took 15 mins to get my order out with only two others in front of mine. A bit long considering they just raised prices (Thanks $10 minimum wage!). That being said, they were friendly and my order was accurate.

Always love firehouse subs. But this location needs some serious management help. Is there even a manager there on duty? No one was acting like one. I waited for 40 mins for my sub before one of the employees asked me what I was waiting on. 40 mins. Quality of employees working here is pretty low.

Dont get the big sub, its too big, seriously. Decent price great subs. Feels a little too theme park like, but the food was great, hate the soda machine its one of the enless flavors one and i just dont like those.
