Absolute worst service Ive ever encountered. Went there tonight, waited 10 minutes before the bartender even acknowledged us, then she stole someone elses menu when I asked what the happy hour specials were, she didnt know them?, it took 15 minutes for her to ask for our order, then we both ordered burgers our buns were sopping wet, I asked kindly for a new bun, they brought one 15 minutes later and it wasnt toasted as the burger comes, it took 15 more minutes to get ketchup and mayo (which any burger and fries should come with), I am astounded at the lack of customer service here twice, two different managers saw our frustration and neither of them attempted to fix the situation. Im appalled. Will never return.

For the price I paid this meal was not worth it! I just ordered the food to go this evening. They were not busy at all, still it took over 20 minutes to make a burger and a philly. We each got about 6 French fries, and the pop we each got was a small cup filed to the brim with ice with a splash of drink (these alone were almost $6)! We did order a little on the late side, however there was still several hours before closing. You can tell that they made the bare minimum of food, nothing more. You can also tell that they didnt give a crap about how our tasted. Not sure if Im willing to come back or not. I can go to a number of places, spend less money, and have better quality.

This was our first and last visit to this mediocre restaurant. First of all, the service was awful. Our waiter (Tessa) looked like didnt want to be there and spent most of her time sitting down chatting with other waiters. The food took a very long time in getting prepared which was probably due to slow cooks or understaffed kitchen. Tessa did not pay attention and never even offered to refill our drinks and it was another waiter who actually offered to do that. The food was mediocre at best with hard to chew bread. We never got the check and had to stand up and walk up to the one of the registers to pay for our food so we could get out of that place.

Ordered over the phone at 5:15 pm, was told would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Get there and after waiting for the hostest to finish picking music on her iPad I pay for my order at 5:48! Finally get my food at 6:05 ( yes 15 minutes later), go directly home 10 minutes from the place and to my surprise, food is cold!!!! The sauce on the wing was solid! I dont recommend ordering your food to go, eat there, I would call and complain but we all know how that will turn out! Crappy experience!

If youve never been there, go! If you have, youll want to return quite often. No complaints from me about any of the staff. The hostesses, especially a young black girl, I forget her name, could be a supermodel ! She always smiles so nicely and does her job really well! I even told her right to her face that it would be really cool if she was a server, she agreed. As for the wings and burgers, doesnt matter what you pick off the menu, its good food!! Clean too!

Will not ever go back to even try. Just went by at 10:45 p.m. on 6.21.2017 and ask to get something to go. We were told the kitchen is closed and the bar was closing in 15 min. A blonde co worker stated from the side to the host that the bar was already closed as well. I could swear I read this establishment is open until 11:00 p.m. really bummed by this. Maybe the owner/manager should consider locking the doors if it is necessary to close the establishment

Ive eaten here about a dozen times now and I can honestly say that this place has good food. Whatever I order I always enjoy and I never have any mistakes on my order. Ive had their Native Burger and it was good and came with a bunch of tasty fries, Ive had their Fish & Chips Platter and I loved it! Ive also had their pizza & mozzarela cheese sticks and it was awesome! I highly recommended Native Grill its definitely worth trying!

first time dinning at Native, and I must say that I will most definitely be back! Amazing drink specials, top shelf liquor, large selection to choose from. & for the food I couldnt decide what to get everything sounded so good! the solution to that was all six of us getting something different and we all sharing with one another. pure bliss. I just say the service was just as good as the food and drinks.

Attention to detail, the manager used a flashlight to shine the table to see if their is stains or stickiness from other guest foods. Great service, staff is friendly and does recommend flavors to newcomers. Clean Environment plus the menu has changed by it is for more simpler and organized to capture your eye easy to make it fast order rather than reading every single word theres more pictures.

just left. our server, Melissa, was horrible. the guy, I wish I got his name, that worked in the kitchen helped us more than Melissa did. she checked on us twice through our whole visit. when we first got there she was too busy flirting with the bartender to sit us down or even go over to get our drink order. we sat for about 15 minutes before she even said hi to us. Im not sure well go back.

We waited 40 minutes and our food was nowhere in sight so we decided to just pay for our drinks of which it them 20 min to get a glass of water a beer and 2 lemonades. As soon as I told the waitress that I wanted my check she told me "sir your food ticked has only been in for 20min" so that tells me she completely forgot about my order. I will definitely not be going back to that place.

Its average. Big fan of their wings but theres often no place to park and waiting to get your take out usually takes much much longer than it should. Every time I go to pick up, no longer how much later after the expected wait time i get there, Im always waiting there for about 15 minutes, in everybodys way, and I often feel like they have forgotten Im there.

Called 5 minutes ahead to inquire if a wait time, the person said they were slow and there wasnt a wait. Showed up and was told was a 15 minute wait but there was available seating in the lounge and restaurant area. Ended waiting 20 minutes andb still not seated. Going to Marios pizza where its better service!!! Thanks for nothing Native!!!

The food was good ( I did takeout) and the flavors enjoyable. The service was lackluster and a little nonchalant. Allow extra time for your food to be ready if you order online. Ive had to wait each time I arrived after the food was supposed to be ready. Id recommend eating in as opposed to ordering takeout. Looks like a fun sports bar.

It is the worst food.. frozen patties, ordered the California burger. The avacodo was so thinly sliced you can barley see it. As well as the onions and tomato. So little lettuce. All around worse burger I ever had. Even the Caesar salad wasnt good. There prices are way over rated for there frozen food.. will never go there again
