I have to say that I am very disappointed in this place. I was serve by a female waitress after a wait for 10 min in the waiting room because the host was no where to be found. Once seated, we order our food and then the wait began. Order a small pizza, tater tots (for my hungry nephew), and 40 wings. Waited 40 min and still no food. At least you would think the tater tots would be out by then but no. after complaining about the food not being out yet, the waitress said that she is sorry due to the place being busy on wings night. There was no one there but a few table that was also waiting for their food. Even if its wing night the tater tots had nothing to do with it nor does the pizza. Then we got our food and it was cold like its been sitting there for the last 20 min. everything but my wings came out in which I ordered the same type of wings my sister did but with a different amount. Hers came out cold and then I kept on waiting until 1 hour mark where I couldnt take it anymore. I also ask for refill but that never happened. As I sit there and wait for my food, I see my waitress just chatting with the other waiter at the register. I HATE wasting my time waiting due to other peoples doing. Afterward she came back to say she is new and its her first day being alone which i hardly doubt.I will never go back to this place.

I was there last night. I was during dust storm. Host open door so we just walked in and seated. After 10 mins passed by, but no one even care to ask if we been help. Finally Jeremy "the manager" ask. But wasnt politely at all.i was upset at first but i knew it was our fault for seating with out host arrangement so apologize to Jeremy. After placing an order. I ordered 5 of each type of flavor and specifically requested to be extra crunchy and lighted sauce. After 15mins paased by the food came out to be really soft, cold, and alot of sauce. Food already iut but there wasnt any plate for us to use. I asked Jeremy for the plate. He seem wasnt happy with us. And didnt even care if we need anything else.finally a server came by, i told her was going on with the food and the service. She then said she will let Jeremy know to come and talk to us. After 5 mins he waled by and he didnt bother to stop and ask us if there is a ptoblem with foods or other issue. Didnt want to make a big deal out of it. So i just pay and left. It was my second times to this location but it was a horrible experience. Could of been better.hopefully store owner notice this and take care some of the issue to serve customers better in the future.

What is that smell? Im sitting at the bar and theres a horrendous smell of something rotten or moldy or dead. As for the service, the bartender is less than friendly and far from attentive. Right now, my glass doors empty on the bar while she sits AT the bar flirting with another patron. The other servers seem to be having a great time, though I cant say its very entertaining to watch them chase each other around and slap each others asses. I didnt order food, because I could barely get through my one beer due to the smell. On top of all of these redeeming qualities, the four alarm went off.....for times. Not once did an employee give any direction or consolation for the alarms. Not only was there was no remorse or apology for the obvious malfunction and nuisance, but the only communication this bartender provided to the patrons was to run around and ensure that she had debit/credit cards for every patron, "in case they make you go outside for the alarm." Not impressive on the slightest.

It was horrible! We spent $35.00 for wings...the wings were overcooked, so hard we could not bite!... The wings were little with no meat on them...we asked for "crispy" and we got hard and uneatable. We thought the wings may have been given to someone else and they just refried.... We spoke to Mgr. and she said "next time dont order crispy" (come on, we are the customer-never had problem with "crispy" before) and they refused to replace the order. We have been going to Native for over 20 years and this is the first time we had this issue!...Then the female mgr. threatened to call police on my sister for no reason...my sister used no foul language, did not raise her voice and was threatened by Native Mgr. Then to top it off 2 of us got food poisoned. We complained via webiste no response to date. There was definitely something wrong with those hard, uneatable wings..shame on NATIVE for lacking in customer service.

Service was terrible! Food was gross , everything tasted like old oil. Management didnt seem to care @all! I was given two $5 off my purchase cards from one manager just to have the other take them away and not honor them. Then was forced to pay for 2meals never ate or took!! Place wasnt kept very clean! Saw server put finger ketchup, she dropped another ketchup towards my daughter, hit my chair w/cup of ice, dropped plates, food all next to our feet/table...TOOK 15MINS FOR A SIMPLE CLUB TO COME OUT W/wilted lettuce, hard as rock cheese and bread & extremely salty meat...Will NEVER EAT @this location again!!! Need the health board need to do inspections asap

Never going back. Went there during lunch, seat yourself, cool I like that! Sat there for over 10mins and none of the 4 people working their one table came to greet us. Made eye contact with all of them then after that they all looked at the ground every time they walked the floor. No I didnt wave any of them over cause I shouldnt have to beg a company to take my money. Walked out and two of the waiters were just chilling at the front door, didnt acknowledge us at all. Will never be back to another native again. I know I aint gonna put yall out of business, but my money is well spent elsewhere.

Every time we go here we sit in the bar. It takes a minimum 15 minutes to even get approached with menus let alone getting a drink ordered. Yet well get looked at by multiple servers in the area and then ignored. Id understand if they were packed but with half the bar area with open tables, no one in the patio connected to the bar, 4-5 servers plus the bartender(s)...absolutely ridiculous. I was a server for 5 years. Even if its not your table in your section, approach the customers. Laziness...we walked out this time...wont be back, ever.

Horrible experience. Waited over 45minutes and never got our wings. People ahead of us that got there 20 minutes after us and they got there wings before us. Asked server and manager but there response was "your order must of gotten backed up or pushed back" and never even got an apology. I will never go there again and sad to say they never even offered to hurry the order up or tell us have a seat you order is coming. Manager preferred that we left I think being management we should of never gotten treatment like that.
