Food was very tasty. Chicken n gnocchi soup was delicious. Has the build your own pasta meal tour of Italy thing. I had asked for the grilled chicken but I got bread and chicken instead which I found to be kind of tough but the spinach whatever kind of pasta I had was really fantastic it had a real long name but it was fantastic and the fettuccine alfredo pasta and sauce were also pretty good. Breadsticks is always where the bomb and leftovers were plentiful. I had two glasses of the house wine it was very nice not overpowering. However this meal cost for a family of four seventy-five bucks we all had the same thing and that was with a $10 coupon off the kids had Sprite the wife had water and my two wines and 12.99 meal,and [email protected] I guess it added up pretty quickly. In my opinion the chicken was tough and my daughter did not like the lasagna at all so I gave her my check in and I ate the lasagna which I thought was fair. The service however was fantastic our waiter was super cool. Were both Dwight Yoakam fans. He was super great to the kids and he made the experience very enjoyable. Because of the cost and the quality of the food I would have rated the food part of this at about two-and-a-half to three stars but the 10 star service brought this back to the four.

I just want to express my gratitude to Khutso who was my server tonight. As an employee of Banner, I deal with a lot of people and have to maintain professionalism even with difficult people. Unfortunately, the person I attended dinner with tonight, was a difficult person. Khutso handled him with such grace. I ended up pulling Khutso aside and apologizing for the way my dinner guest acted and he just assured me that everything was fine. I made sure that the person I attended dinner with knew I was upset with how he treated our server. Olive Garden is especially lucky to have such a man working for them. Ive eaten many places and have dealt with servers who would of given the attitude back. But Khutso did not. Hes an amazing soul and I dont think Ill eat at another Olive Garden again. I will drive the 56 miles from home to this Olive Garden just to have the amazing experience that Khutso had given myself, my son, and my difficult dinner guest tonight. Kudos to you Khutso! Keep being amazing and I look forward to seeing you again! ( I forgot the name of the person who bagged my leftovers up tonight, but he was also amazing. Really went above and beyond to make sure we went home with everything we paid for! Thank you!)

On Mothers Day weekend, we had a very large family gathering, and were looking to go to dinner. So, that afternoon, I called the nearby Olive Garden. The first guy I spoke to told me that they were booked for reservations, but was polite, and told me theyd make every effort to accommodate us the best they could. He said to call a few minutes ahead to give them some time to prepare (there were 20 of us). A few minutes before dinner time, I called as I was instructed. The lady on the other end was horribly rude. The first words out of her mouth: "We dont have reservations. We dont allow call-aheads." I explained why I was calling, and that we were a large party trying to give them a heads up. "Its really busy. Youre going to have a good wait". Very abrupt, and very rude sounding. We knew there was going to be a wait, but after that attitude, we decided to go elsewhere. We had a very great time... right next door at the Red Lobster, who were extremely pleasant both on and off the phone, and took great care of us.

Olive Garden has come a long way (for the better) since 12 or 15 years ago when I took the family there because our children insisted we go there!! Going there was not my favorite outing, today their food and Service as well as that of their sibling Chain "Long Horn - Steak House " are eateries at moderate prices to be reckoned with. I have to add that in all fairness to their individual Management/Owners, I do visit different franchisees to locate my favorite one within each brand, but that is matter of taste. Point is that in general the establishment owning and managing them all, has truly taken their standards to higher levels. Today you can order a Steak at Olive Garden without being fearful what kind of Steak at this type of Restaurant can I expect for my $ 20. Indeed other items on the menu are also nice for a reasonable price, but they offer more than just being reasonably priced.

Horrible experience with our server, not sure of his name if it was burk or brook, it took him for ever to attend us, we order our drinks he brings my husbands my sons drink and remembers that im there and ask what did I order, it literally took him 10 minutes to bring my drink and be able to put our order in, our food came late everything was just going wrong and he is in a rush to throw us out, come to find out on our way out that he was sitting at the bar area with his buddy thats why we were not so important, thanks to the server that stoped what he was doing to give us a togo box for my sons dinner! Since "our" server didn't have the time. Won't be going there again I rather travel longer than to go there again.

Its an Olive Garden. The food is what you get an Olive Garden. Our service was good. It was a fairly busy night but everything was at a good speed. The reason I give them 5 stars is because I left my hat (handmade knitted hat in a now unavailable Madeline Tosh colorway, so basically irreplaceable) but I am not local (we were visting from Oregon) and we flew out early the next morning and I didnt realize I didnt have my hat until then, but I called them and they are mailing out my hat to me (free of charge, even after I said Id be happy to pay shipping). So yeah, very pleased with them.

We have been going this location for 2 years. I only problem we have recently is there is barely enough salad dressing on the salad when you get all you can soup and salad. You look on the bottom of the bowl and still can barely see it for a full bowl which feeds about 4 if bowl is 2 thirds full. Should be 2 TB. Not 1 ask for more and no one listens. The salad is moist but dripping from being washed, but without the 2Tb of dressing, its tasteless. Everything else is above average for the price. The price of dressing has not really gone up so why skimp.

Our server was tacky. After taking our order, she picked up the menus and dumped the straw wrapping back onto our table. She did not refill one of our ice teas and she left the dirty appetizer and salad plates on the table when she delivered our main dish. The dirty dishes sat there our entire meal. She stated shes been with Olive Garden for 5 years, which I find hard to believe. She swiped our credit card for us and had the nerve to ask for a 20% tip. She requested that I fill out a servey for her. She should be fired. Her name was Andra or Andrea.
