Overall: Delicious food combined with friendly and attentive staff make this a home run! I would definitely recommend this sub shop. Food: I tried the cheddar brisket meal. It was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. Combined with the crisp bread, the meal was fantastic. Service: When the cashier found out that my boyfriend and I were splitting a large sandwich, he automatically split the order so there were two halves to the sandwich. This was such a thoughtful gesture. We came in during a busy lunch rush, but the staff still managed to create a very personal experience. Atmosphere: The shop is firefighter themed, but certainly with a good cause as well. The store donates thousands of dollars to local fire stations.

Used to eat here all the time and the service was always top notch. Came back for the first time in a while and when we walked in, the 3 girls behind the counter turned and looked and then didnt even acknowledge us. When I walked up to the counter to order, the girl there looked at me, looked away and didnt say a word. When our food was brought out, it was set down and then she turned and walked away without saying anything other than "heres your sandwiches". As we sat there eating I noticed as people walked in one of the girls would utter the mousiest most quiet "welcome to firehouse". Dont know what changed here or if the girls working this particular shift just hate their jobs but I will not be back.

Phoned in an order for 8 hungry coworkers and myself. The young lady who took the order did a great job answering the phone in a timely matter with a great greeting. I am bad at names so please forgive me for a bad memory. I added an order and she had it all ready before the time she stated with the extra order. So a big thanks to the whole team there at the Riverdale location. All the orders were spot on so again a big thanks to the team. Definitely happy faces when I walked into the door and great service from the time I entered the establishment to the time I left. Thank you for the great service I received, I do not normally go to this extant to thank someone for a job well done.

I made a 40 mile round trip yesterday just to try a Firehouse sub. Like the TV ad. I choose the #1 hot Hook and Ladder and quite honestly, I was very disappointed. It wasnt very hot and was soggy to eat. The taste was "bla" and couldnt make out what was on it. The appearance told me that it had lettuce, tomato, onion, something red that I assumed was ham and something white I assumed was turkey but you couldnt taste any of it. Just a soggy, non descript taste. I may come back to try a cold sub or I may not. Even Subway puts out a better sub for less money. I really was expecting a great sandwich but didnt get one. I guess you cant put as much faith as I did in a TV ad

Compared to the firehouses I have been to around the country . One of the best Ive been to so far. Especially compared to Last Vegas. Amazing staff and the cashier, I believe his name is Layken. Great guy and customer service is great as well with him ! He asked to take our trays after he cleared most of the tables and did it in a timely manner. Ill be back definitely.

Good customer service. I had to have my sandwich a ceartin way because I am pregnant and they were really nice about it. Good high quality meats on the sandwich. Yes people say its overpiced but its good meat. You get what you pay for.There cookies are amazing! Firehouse subs is a million times better then Jimmy Johns and a trillion times better then subway.

Im from the north east, and this reminds me a lot of the sandwich shops I grew up with that just simply dont exist in Utah. Its tough for me to get anything but the steak and cheese because its so damn good. Definitely put some sauce on your sandwich. The meatball sub, served "sweet and spicy" is insanely hot. Only attempt if youre brave.

They where absolutely packed at lunch, but the staff still smiled, greeted us, took our order and had it ready and correct very quickly. Easy to tell why they are so popular. Its great to see a place so involved in the community.

First time I ever got a sub at Firehouse. I got an Italian sub. I dont know what kind of dressing was on the sub, but it wasnt Italian, and who decided that honey ham was a good idea on an Italian sub? Wont be going back.
