I agree with the rude & unhelpful comment. Used to come here on Sundays after skiing on my way home. On my last visit, the line was entirely too long as the woman (Mgr?) behind the counter catered to a Hispanic couple with children. She continued to offer sample after sample to them as others waited in line--not only to order but to pay for food. My order sat behind the counter getting cold as myself and several others ahead of me waited (for at least 5-7 minutes--I timed it) while she continued to f**k around with these customers (who had already had their orders ready). I finally gave up and walked out leaving my food (unpaid for) behind the counter. Good Ruck, Charey san!-- try to separate the rice from the chow mein on my half-n-half. And in the trash it goes! Swish! In the past, I used to wait for certain items to be cooked fresh (pot-skickers particularly) because the tin/hopper was empty. That, I dont mind. But cold chinese because of an employee f**kin around --no excuse. There is a Panda Express on nearly every corner in SLC . Do use all a favor and shut this one down---it sucks!!!

If youre going to have kids running the place you should at least teach them how to do it properly. Ive never been served such little amount of food at a Panda Express before I came here. I mean its $8 for a plate, come on. The food tasted good but that was the only good thing about this one. They didnt know how to cut the teryikaki chicken or listen. I asked them to add a little more since they barely put anything in there and she just looked at me. Uhm Im the one paying here. And yes Ive worked in fast food plenty of times. Plus they asked if we wanted the sauce on top or on the side and we said on top and they put it on the side.. lmao like really? Step up your game this is Panda Express!

If I could give this place "zero" stars I would! Dont go there..unless you want to wait a long time. I thought hispanics were suppose to be hard workers? The guy cooking stuff sure seemed to be a lazy "A" I had to wait for a few items to be cooked..chowmein, teriyaki chicken, and some kind of honey chicken..goes to show stereotypes are far from the truth..was there somekind of 3:30 rush? Note to the owner, if youre gonna pay ppl minimum wage youll get what you pay for! I will come back in a year and if the same people/employees are there I will wait another..ps Im neither racist or Caucasian..Im just a guy who wants semi-fast food, semi-fast!

Theyre perfectly ok on average, though the location does seem to have a high employee turnover rate. The only time I see them out of selections is when its late and its wasteful to make more food so close to closing, otherwise they usually have a fresh batch cooking when they run out. The rude people I have seen at this location are not the employees but the customers. Ive heard some very racist remarks from customers in this location and even people demanding a discount for the selection being limited 10 minutes to their closing time. I imagine many of the outrageous comments come from these sorts of terrible customers.

I walked in at 11:27 (doors were open) and wasnt even acknowledged for a while. when they finally said something to me, both the manager and employee had mouth full of food, well they were putting out the food for the day. The manager then turned to me and said "We dont open for another 5 minutes". this was at 11:29. So I waited until 11:34 to order. which they then made me wait for awhile longer to even ask me what I wanted. for all the wait the food was not so good or even freash, for just opening.

This panda express is like any other panda express. Sometimes the food OK sometimes the fields far from OK. My recommendation would be to get a sample of the honey walnut shrimp because if you order it for an entrée they only give you five or six. That makes the sample 1/6 th the entire entrée, and its free! Another recommendation is to sit in the south west corner when its winter. This puts you farthest away from the doors and drafts, making it the warmest location in the restaurant.

We got food poisoning from this location yesterday. Me and my husband as well as my 21 month old are spending our day puking our guts out. I breastfeed a 3 week old and this is not safe. Will not be eating here ever again. And on top of that your employees need a refresher course on customer service. You cannot criticize a customer, especially one that hasnt insulted you in any way shape or form.

This is the worst Panda Express location that Ive ever been to. They are always out of some of their entrees, they are super slow, they close 30 minutes before closing time which you find out after youve driven 10 minutes there, and its dirty. Ive given this location a chance 4 or 5 times but its always a similar experience. Dont go and save yourself the trouble.

I have been to this location several times and each time Im disappointed. The employees are rude, have terrible customer service and barley speak English. They are always out of whatever I want.....so I end up waiting 15-20 min while the rest of my food thats sitting in the containers get cold. I will be going to a different location from now on.

very slow no chow mein or cung pow chicken when i arrived brown rice was still crunky when i got home. instead of waiting on the noodles and chicken orders where partially filled and left out to wait. i honestly see no reason to ever go back her

Haha its funny how i type chinese food on the search bar and the first thing that pops out is panda express. In what world is this restaurant a Chinese food restaurant? Come on people go to a real chinese food place and enjoy a fresh meal.

The employees are amazing they know customer service is important, I waited a while for rice and noodles and they gave me a free drink and an extra egg-roll for the wait, I usually dont write reviews but they deserve one from me.
