My husband and I have been eating at the scottsdale location ever since they opened their doors. We are not happy that they changed the Mac and Cheese. It is dry and tasteless. The last time we ate there last week our Strombolis came to us cold in the middle. Had to send them back. Tonight we ordered take out same thing. Very disappointing. We also ordered the mac and cheese with chicken again hoping it was thick and creamy like it used to be. Nope, and they forgot the chicken. We called and they will credit us, which is good to hear. Please change it back to thick and creamy. I dont believe that all your customers like the new version.

AMAZING Authentic flavor! Great service and extremely friendly staff! We were treated like part of the Sicilian family! Met the owner as he went around to tables asking about services, food & experience. Really cares about his guests and it shows. We WILL be back and are going to try their Chandler location which is much closer to home!! Very excited about finding this new restaurant. My husband does NOT care for marinara sauce, never has, but LOVES theirs. We bought a bottle to take home with us.

My husband was working in Scottsdale for a couple of months and I came out to visit him with our son. He took us to Crust and I am addicted. Every Friday when he comes home to SLC I make him stop by crust and get us a few slices. Crust is such a great place to go and have lunch or dinner. The Mozzarella Encorozza is to die for. The pizza is just as amazing. We recommend Crust to anyone that wants to have a few beers or some wine, and some good food in a laid back place.

Crust is a great casual spot that I find myself going to often when its Thursday night and I cant deal with making something at home. They offer good, straightforward pizzas and pastas. I recommend the Rusticas which are sort of like personal sized pizzas that are hand stretched into thin crust and baked in their brick oven. They dont have the fancy pizza toppings of some of the trendier places in the valley but the food is tasty and reasonably priced.

Server was very rude. Ordered a jack and coke, got a jack and soda water then got attitude when I asked for my original order. Server continued to roll his eyes after people in our party asked for things like a vodka red bull at which we were told this is small italian eatery and we dont have that. He seemed very irritated by anything out party requested yet hovered over a table of blonde women. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired....

Ordered the Chicken Francese for Pick-up, when I got home and opened my container I was disappointed to find that the sauce was basically water with a light lemon flavor to it. Also, the food itself was only moderately warm (I only live 5 minutes away) and I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready so it should have been freshly prepared. Only reason I didnt give 1 star is I have eaten there before and the pizza was pretty good...

WOW!! A true gem in a hole-in-the-wall location! I feel like Ive been missing out all this time Ive lived here. I went there for the first time last night and can NOT stop thinking about it. Im going again tonight. Everything, from the artisan-style preparation to the crust, sauce, toppings, wine menu, atmosphere, and service, was amazing. Casual dress code, warm Italian interior. And they have wheat/gluten free options. LOVE it!

The Pizza is real good but i recommend you eat at there location. I did takeout before and the pizza was oily and just not tasty like at their location. Also, I sat on the bar came really hungry, ordered an appetizer (bruschettas) and the pizza and both took forever. I think the bar waitress forgot about us. She also got the order wrong thought it could be our fault, we wanted the square pizza not a full pie.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... We waited 25 mins for our food in a restaurant that had 8 people in. Rousticas was not warm at all. The Filet Mignon in our greek salad was cold and not completely cooked. They brought out or canoles wrapped in plastic wrap instead of to go container. Drove from other side of town for poor experience. Use to be a good place to go. Wont waist gas again!!!

Been living down the St for a year and never stopped in. Was happy we finally did! Pizza was fantastic, hear selection of wines and cocktails rich need to get a bigger and better beer selection. Tammy the GM (hope I spelled it right) was very nice and was on the floor talking to tables and making sure all was good. Our server was a nice young man, knowledgeable and attentive

First time I had ever been and was blown away. The food was fantastic and the service, even better. We had a Crust Salad and asked the waitress if we could get one of the Rustica pizzas (Little Nicky) made into a Medium Crust with sauce, which she said was no problem. The service was unbelievable with our drinks never getting below half full. Best pizza Ive had in Phoenix!

I stopped in here on an off hour not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing and their house wine is excellent (in my opinion). Try the meatball sliders. Everything Ive gotten here was good although the pizza wasnt as amazing as I thought it would be. It was good, just not as good as their other stuff. Great Italian food!

This restaurant is repeatedly reviewed well, but it was a terrible disappointment for us. I dont know where these people have been eating, but clearly they dont understand what true fine dining is. This restaurant serves quantity, not quality. The salad was over dressed, and my husbands crudo (tuna) was floating in oil. He was served at least

Yes, this place is a gem! The happy hour food portions cant be beat, and were delicious (I enjoyed bruschetta, my friend loved the calamari). Quick attentive service, with a banter that makes you feel quickly at home! Im glad my friend lives so close, Ill surely return every time I visit her!

Incredibly yummy food. Gosh I was blown away by how flavorful it was! I got The Original Rustica and highly recommend it. Additionally, the servers and chefs were all super nice, and I liked the ambiance with the open kitchen and brick oven. Wish I could give you guys six stars!

The pasta I ordered was dry and did not have much flavor. I added chicken to the pasta and they threw in a few dry bland pieces of grilled chicken. My friend ordered a pizza which was good and came in a unique shape. I would suggest you better go for the pizza and not the pasta.

Went to Crust on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. The Pizza Rustica is out of this world and the portions of all the items are plentiful. Have gone back many times since and am never dissatisfied. Would recommend highly for the food, ambience and price.
