Ok, lets start with the good stuff. First off, the food was pretty good. It took a while to cook it and the person taking my order seemed like he was on crack, but the food was toleratable. (FYI: the food took 45 minutes to cook, half an hour longer than they said it would, so if youre in a hurry, dont go here. Now... They dont seem to get that walk ins are as good as pre ordered/paid guests. My brother had a birthday party and literally every table in the place had been booked. and for a while it was not a problem because we had a whole row to ourselves, but when it was time for us to switch out with the other child and some of the guests still wanted to stay and have cake and talk/play, there was not another table for us to go to where we could all sit. And finally when a table did open up, no one would go clean it. you asked someone to clean it for you and they looked at you like you were speaking another language. So my family was left cleaning other peoples garbage and wiping off the table so we could sit. We finally just got tired of this crappy service so we left. Beware if you go here people. The food may be good, but everything else isnt.

Management skills were terrible. they have a lot of teens working there and they dont treat you well. the place was filthy and i had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to get my order since thy got my order wrong. when i went to go ask for my order the lady up front literately rolled her eyes at me and said here are your pizzas which were the wrong ones so i just said that i was not going to take those and i wanted what i had ordered. this took another 30 minutes. and when we got the pizzas they were poorly made it was just over cooked bread with very little sauce and cheese and a few condiments thrown there. we also ordered a cinnamon crunch and it was about an hour so i go to see if it was ready and one of the teens says sorry it was never put in the oven. this really made me mad, but i just said ok. the few games that they had where broken so my kids couldnt play with them. and the prizes are mostly things from the dollar store. so a little ninja is like 60 tickets and goofy glasses were 500 tickets which you can buy at the dollar store for a dollar. Honestly i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I had my sons birthday party here and I had to constantly track the "host" down to order more pizza & we waited twenty minutes when the pizza wasnt even in the oven yet. She was also supposed to count how many kids there were instead, she gave me a stack of coins & said Ill could how many I get back & deduct that from how many I gave you, and that will count how many kids are here. She gave me 40 tokens and said I gave her back 15 and concluded that was 35 I had to tell her a few times to take out her calculator and double check that math. I did NOT have 25 kids at the party it was more like 10, but it seems like that to them, of course, because kids kept getting tokens & thats what they expect to happen. If you plan a birthday party here beware, because this is how they get you.

Eat here if you want to feel like a criminal. We had some decent pizza then went outside and sat on a bench to wait for the hotel shuttle. The hotel shuttle was delayed and taking some time. The property owners sent a security guard over to harass us for "loitering" on the property too long. We told him we were just waiting for a ride but he sat there and profiled us until I got fed up and just started walking to the hotel in 105 heat. Excuse us for trying to eat lunch then get a ride home. I would never go anywhere close to this place ever again in my life.

Fantastic service! The lunch buffet is great. The food always goes fast, so sometimes you have to wait for your favorite pizza, but it is worth it. I love their food!! All you can eat salad, pizza and pizza dessert for $7.01 after tax (drink not included-only downfall) is not bad at all! I prefer to drink water anyways, so not having a drink included is okay.

If you order the wings and pizza be prepared to eat then separate. Wings will finish first and your wing are sure to get cold if you wait for the pizza to finish. Ordered the dessert pizza, they forgot to make it, brought it late with a "handwritten" dssert pizza coupon. Nothing special. Id give it less stars but the kids still enjoyed themselves.

GREAT PLACE!! They messed up on my pizza but the manager went beyond and fix the situation also gave my kids free tokens that was very nice of him I did not expect that just want the pizza fixed. Great place I will return again. Out of all the Peter Piper Pizza Ive been to over all this one has great management.

Management skills are very poor. My family and I were ignored for about fifteen minutes while waiting to pay for an order that we had called in. They helped everyone else that came in after we had arrived, but didnt offer to acknowledge us while in line. I will not be back at this location.

I took my daughter here for her birthday for valentines day I reserved a table... Her name was spelt wrong, not enough games, jive me out my tickets giving half tickets of what I won, pizza was greasy...i wont be coming here again should of went to chuckie e. cheese.......

Its a nice place. Staff is very good. All bad remarks about staff are off base.... ive been here hundreds of times and not one problem. Those who complain probably just like too complain. Its a pizza place not a 5diamond establishment.

Had the best customer service today by Ifah. She was super nice and friendly with my kids. She has an awesome personality ! Totally made my day. We had to go back and get her name and thank her for such a great job.Thank you Ifah !

We got the last clean table in the place at lunch. Figured they would at least attempt to clean them but they did not. Food is what it is. Hope the slide gets more attention than the tables.

A new and cleaner Peter Piper Pizza. Machines are maintained and working. There is also someone at the ticket booth at all times. Pizza of course was over priced and not great, as usual.

Literally the worst Peter Piper ever. Restrooms were awful, the small games were 2 tokens, the employees seemed miserable. Totally underwhelmed. Cant believe you can run a place like this.

Took 45 mins. To get 1 pepperoni pizza, place was dirty and staff has no time for customers. There was about 15 custers total at te of visit. ( came at 2:30 buffet crowd was about gone)

The pizza is GOOD. Nice friendly atmosphere. Some of the tables and booths had not been wiped down. Someone did eventually come out and started cleaning the tables.
