Order 2 pepperoni pizzas, and they told me I would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later got all the way home and they gave me two cheese pizzas. So I called they told me to come back that night and they will give me to pepperoni for free on them because it was their fault. I was watching two kids also needing to feed three grown men that have been moving all day long. I got back to pick up the pepperoni pizzas and the lady at the front desk gave me really bad attitude and was very disrespectful. She told me I needed to bring the other Pizza back. For one I was never told to bring the pizza back into they cannot take it back after it left the building. I didnt ask to speak to a manager. She then turned around and started talking Spanish to her coworkers and I know they were not talking kindly because I understand quite a bit of Spanish and I felt very disrespected. I sat and waited for a manager for about 15 minutes. Then they decided to just give me the pizza, when the lady handed me the pizza she said " why dont you have some common sense and bring the pizza back next time and well give you the right pizza." I Then walked out of the building. Ive never felt so disrespected. This Little Caesars needs to train their employees on how to have some respect for other people and not turn around and talk Spanish to their co-workers especially when its disrespectful and unkind words. I will never return to This Little Caesars.

Everytime I go to this Little Caesars it reminds me of how anyone can get a job despite having a terrible attitude. Same woman everytime gives me attitude when I ask for a freshly made pizza from the bottom. She refuses to do a simple task, I ask why? She says "they are all fresh." while Im sure they are, I just want one fresh out of the oven. I dont see a problem with that. "Can you just grab the bottom one?" "No." Then she grabs the top one. I open it and see its all dried out. "Can you get me a fresher one?" "No, because you touched it" "But i didnt, i only touched the box." "Sorry you touched it." "Well your hands are filthier than mine, youve been handling money all day. Why are you giving me attitude, I would have left 5 minutes ago. Hell I probably wouldnt even look at the pizza if you would have grabbed the bottom pizza." Supervisor hears this and hands me the bottom pizza "nothing wrong with that" says the supervisor. This all happened on my first visit. Similar situations have happened with the same employee everytime I show up, yet all the other employees seem to not care about the simple request.

I have a Little Caesars heater bag that I bought from them a while back. When I use it, theyre supposed to give me a free crazy bread. In the past and at any other location, Ive never had an issue with this. In fact most other locations offer me a second crazy bread for $1 without my prompting them. When I asked this location if they could do that for me, they got extremely upset. They didnt want to give me the free crazy bread that normally comes with my offer. I had to stand there while she was serving the next customer until she finally realized that I wasnt going to go away until I got it. Horrible service.

They seem annoyed with there customers. Their breadsticks are always burnt. We just had them or extra butter on three orders, then they put three orders upside down in the bag so the butter dripped out all inside the bag. I want to say some really mean things right now but Im going to hold back. What I will say is if this is how they work then they will be working fast food for the rest of their lives. Try to aspire to be better than a fast food worker and maybe youll may make it to gas station attendant. Use your f$&@:+= brains!!!!

Went in to order a pepperoni pizza and the cashier (Ali) asked if I wanted to order double pepperoni ("Its just like a regular pepperoni pizza, but you get twice the amount of pepperoni!") and then he asked if Id like to get breadsticks as well ("Theyre fresh!"). He couldnt have been older than 16 but was upselling me like a pro. Very impressive. He deserves a raise; he is making you guys a lot of extra money. I gave 4 stars because the pizza was undercooked and had barely any sauce on it, but Ali is a 5 star employee.

For the sake of not ranting this is the third time that Ive gone in and had my phone Order Lost and excuses be tossed left and right instead of trying to make it right. Terrible service ran by a bunch of kids with no management or Direction. I would not recommend this place to anyone after losing my order for the third time I was sent to the back the line 4 times to have to replace that last order thank you for letting me know exactly how not to run a food service business.

This location is pretty bad. The "manager" came moseying from the back after I had walked in a minute or two before and acted like I was interrupting her day off. So she rang up my order and when she picked up the pizza she turned it on its side to squeeze by an employee. I got all the way home just to find out the pizza wasnt cooked all the way and had to turn around and go back because it was doughy. Kids were not happy.

Im in a hurry so Little Caesars seems like a good choice. I get back and discover they gave me the wrong pizza. Now its my fault for not confirming since few fast food workers are capable of getting an order correct and little Caesars has done this to me before . Why do these people think theyre worth 15/hour? Automation cant come fast enough. Now Im stuck with a 9 dollar pepperoni thats barely worth $5.

complete BS went to get a hot and ready pepperoni and they didnt have any so they baked one right there and while we waited they sold the one they baked to another customer. this then happened three more times! we asked for our money back and left. didnt even recieve an apology from the cashier for wasting half an hour of our time....... ill take my business elsewhere

Food is always good, hot, for the most part, and the customer service is decent. Went tonight for pizza and Ali took care of me. He was great. Tried to upsell me like a pro, how ever, Im on a budget, otherwise he could have talked me into it. Anyways, great service, but please actually cut your pizza. I dont wanna have to do it myself when I get home

Terrible! First when I entered the store they were too busy goofing off to notice. Once they finally noticed me I ordered one cheese and one three meat. I get home to one cheese and one cold Hawaiian that looked as if it was made a few days ago... I WONT BE BACK.

Really great service. Super cheap pizza. Customer service is good especially the managers they are really nice and very good at there job. There is especially a girl i think her name was lupe? She was super nice and i really liked how she gave customer service.
