Ive been to this location several times just because of the convenience of how close it is. If I wasnt so lazy I would drive to the next closest because this particular franchise needs a whole house cleaning starting with all of the employees. The new manager is ok I kinda like him and its gotten a little better since hes been there but no where near even "descent service". Since hes been there its a little bit easier to get a pizza. Theres not an hr wait like there use to be. The staff that has been hired there though is one of the worst group of workers Ive seen in a long time. They are rude, have no clue what the hell is going on half the time, cuss like sailors in front of customers and have no idea about what comes with what and how much their items cost. I almost always get either an old hot n ready pepperoni thats been in the box for what looks like hrs and have been overcharged several times as well as gotten something totally different from what I asked for. For example, on 3 different occasions that I can think of off the top of my head I have gotten home with my hot and ready pepperoni only to find pineapple and cheese on the thing and not a pepperoni in sight. When I go in like I did today 10/11/2016 at 3pm the guy at the counter told me that if I wanted marinara (Crazy Sauce) with my Crazy Bread combo that it would be an extra cost.....? Why is it called "Crazy Bread Combo" if you just get the bread sticks??? Also, why is it that most of the other employees give it to me with the bread sticks??? (Only if you say something about it, they wont offer) Probably because the other workers hop that you will drown the bread sticks in the stuff so you wont notice that the breadsticks are actually dough sticks. Little Caesars is really lacking at this location. You guys need to get your sh** together. Im starting to think the drive to the other location might be worth it.

On Sat. July 2, 2016 I was there 9:30 P.M. I bought two pepperoni pizzas and one order of hot wings and mariana the cashier took my order and she told me "I had to wait for 15 minutes for the wings" I told her "Its ok Ill wait" after that I was waiting for 25 minutes and I asked her to see if my order is ready and she was rude and ignoring me and she was taking orders from other customers and giving them the orders much faster and when I saw that happen, I was mad and I asked for my money back and I told the manager Allen "please give me my money back" and he gave me my money back and he asked me "why you want your money back" and I told him "Im just a regular customer and we come three times a week in the same location" Im never coming back because the cashier mariana she was so rude to me and Im not trying to get anything free from you guys. Just take care of your customers and that way you can have good business.

I normally go to a different location but tried this one cause its actually closer to my house. I called in around 5:12 pm to ask them if i could do the hot box special with Hawaiian pizza instead of pepperoni she acted like it was the dumbest question ever and tells me itll be more than $8 i ask her how much it will be she says $8.47... um. Ok. I ask how long it will take she says 10 mins. So i end up getting to the store around 5:36pm... WELL over 10 mins and my pizza still isnt done at 5:46. WTF IS THE POINT OF CALLING IN! Never coming to this one again.

Wish i could give less than 1 star! I tried calling from 4 different phones and called the location over 15 times! I am having a party tonight and needed to buy 25 pizzas. I called another location and they answered right away! I hate writing bad reviews but every time I go to this location there is little to no cheese on my pizza. The toppings are barley there and the pizzas are cut uneven every time. I will bring the pizza back and just about every time i have to ask for a new pizza. They are always rude about it. I JUST WANT A PIZZA !

I had over a $50 order. I tried to pay with $100. I could see if it was a small order they wouldnt want to give change but they just wouldnt let me pay. A woman even offered to add her order to mine and they still refused. I know for a fact that they have more that $30 in change as I have been a manager. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went to this location and got wings and pizza. They both tasted like cleaning agent. I gave them the benifit of the dought, I was new in Sandy, UT. I went back and the next time the pizza tasted like cleaning agent. I got two crappy pizzas in a row and will not be eating at this location ever again.

As far as little Caesars pizza goes as I dont usually like it, this place was pretty good. They got me my pizza quickly, the whole reason I went there, and it tastes better than usual! If your going to have little Caesars, this is the one to eat from.

As far as little Caesars pizza go this place is great! They even gave me a free sample of the pizza while I waited in line. They are one of the best little Caesars restaurants ever

The pizza is cheap. They used to charge $5 for any 1-topping pizza, but now thats only true for cheese and pepperoni.
