This place is the WORST. The coffee is way better than Starbucks any day, but this location cuts corners at the expense of loyal customers. Im here now at 545pm, 15 minutes before they are supposed to close, and the doors are locked. The "Open" sign is still lit and there is a guy mopping the floor who I know can see me. Guess Im heading to Starbucks. Im willing to pay more for crappy, overpriced Starbucks for a place thats actually open when they say they are going to be. I work night shift and this will be the last time I get up early to MAYBE be able to get coffee from this place. So disappointed.

3 visits, 3 problems. I stop by a different Einstein bagles twice a week, but only 3 times here in the last 2 months. Staff has never been friendly, this time I got the wrong sandwich, and how hard is it to open up the ham (i know its petty, not hard to fix, but says something about the service), and other time they served a bagel where the middle was missing. Once again not a big deal but got a lot of attitude when I asked them to replace it. Also, stopped by at 1145 on a Sunday, not too busy but they were out of over half of the bagel types. How does that happen at a bagel shop?

It has drastically gone downhill since the merger with caribou coffee. The staff is never present, orders take forever, the menu has been cut in half. I keep on giving it 2nd 3rd and 4th chances, but Im finally done going there. All I get is 2 butterd bagels and its a hassel. The only reason I did go there is because its within a mile from my house, and it saves me a trip going up to eignstein bagels on Frank Loyd wright and the 101. I guess Ill just have to deal with the drive. Im never going back. The merger experiment has failed!

Went to day at 9:20 AM. The food was good as usual. Didnt get any coffee because Caribou is terribly bitter. Staff was very inattentive I stood in front of the register and the staff ignored me for several minutes. When someone finally came to take my order, I had to explain the order three times, this was after a different staff member had taken my order and begun making it.

I like the food and the service has been good. The only thing that I dont care for is the "double" line. You have to order at one register and then go to the second register to pay. Doesnt make much sense and doesnt save any time. Might as well use both registers to order/pay when it is crowded. Maybe they will wise up and do everything in a single line.

Slow service. Bagel only half buttered. Coffee served RIDICULOUSLY hot - had to ask for ice to cool it. And for a touch of atmosphere, both servers had "attractive" facial piercings including that through-the-nose thingy that looks like metal mucus. I expect to see that at a rave at 2am, not with my breakfast sandwich.

If I was any good at remembering names I would mention the VERY helpful, patient, and friendly young man that works at the register.....but I cant remember his name. Anyway....the people there are great. We were there in the evening and the bagels were still fresh.

The store is clean and the staff is super friendly. The service was speedy, given it was the lunch hour. I ordered the asparagus mushroom egg white on a cheddar jalapeno bagel. One word. DELICIOUS!!!

Typical Einstein bagels, but they have caribou coffee instead of the normal Einsteins. It was tasty and the breakfast bagel was good. My dog scarfed down the bagel dog treats.
