Laughable experience. today I got the 4 for $5.55, asked for no lettuce or tomato and guess what I got. You guessed it. When I called to tell them no one picked up for 5 minutes. 4 phone calls later they picked up and some teen kid apologized and told me that could only repleace the tacos if I wanted to come right back, which i was already back to my house in Alpine. If that was the only issue I would have looked past it, but I also received no sauces when I asked for 4 of each of the Green, Original and Hot. Oh, and if you want Ranch you litterely will want to ask for 5 of them to make for almost 1. For some reason this place is EXTRA cheap on ranch and only puts a literal teaspoon in each 3 tablespoon container. What a joke, I will never come back.

Hmmmm.. Where to start. Im a big "Mexican Food" lover. Ive been to quite a few Taco Times in my days, and I was a little unimpressed with this one. Each time I go, I dont feel as welcome as I usually would expect. Also, the quality of the food is just Class C compared to others that Ive tried at Class A. (Ive had old food, cold food, and some beans that didnt look like beans. Crusty old beans.) Now Ive gone a few times to give the place a few tries.. But every time I leave with the same feeling. Now I hope it doesnt sound like Im complaining, but Im just hoping that it improves, because I love Taco Time!

The food is worth 5 stars but I only give 3 because the store manager is seriously lacking in customer service skills. She has no smile, no kind word, and no means of making the customer feel valued. I asked some questions about the menu and her response was "what is the problem here?" so I would just as soon take my business elsewhere. This kind of service with NO tact will drive customers away. The rest of the employees were great, just not the manager. Food is good, especially good prices if you catch the deals.

I will never go back here. They never get my order right and I have gone here 3 times. If you ask for no cheese and they put it on your burrito. They dont know how to get an order right ever.

Good tasting tacos, they have their own flavor I feel. Its always slow so the food is generally quicker. I just hate the prices, everything is so pricy.
