Disappointing.... The water park is awesome but the Hotel service is usually poor. We have been going to this hotel for years- due to the water park- my kids love the water park but the hotel service is usually poor, 2 out of 5 stays are good if that helps. Its usually a gamble but the kids like the water park so much we usually just cope. The price is high for the service you get. Value? Depends on if your just going for the water park or if you expect honesty and to be treated fairly. We purchase a family fun package which clearly stated that it included a dinner buffet after we paid and checked in I asked about the buffet and was told the buffet was not included upon asking for management and having the information in front of me I was told "well, what we MEANT was that you have access to BUYING the buffet" okay.. I thought, then my family and I went down to the happy hour which we were also quoted in our family package, turns out happy hour is not included at the water park either only in another area no where near the water park or anything going on. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I think so. Heres the straight, the hotel is clean enough the food area is usually dusty, sometimes a bit dirty, today upon check in our room had dried old coffee in the sink. The water park is always clean though and fun for the family. Food and drinks are very pricey but they bring the food to you and are very nice in water park area. Rooms are large, ice machines are far away from most rooms and hard to find. If it werent for the water park we probably wouldnt come here anymore. If you dont expect alot youll probably like it. Ive never tried the golf course so I cant comment on that. The landscape is nice though.

We went here for a Christmas brunch and it was amazing by far the best resort food Ive ever had !! There was lamb , duck , roast beef , chicken , salads and the most amazing potatoes Ive ever had !! Dont even get me started on the desert table there was eggnog cheese cake pudding and much much more !! If you ever are staying at this resort you need to make a stop by here

Pros - beds comfortable and water park nice. Cons - trash outside room, service at front desk and bar was pathetic. Not very service oriented. Front desk did not explain resort at all. It would have been nice to know where things are. Sat at bar for 30 minutes waiting to get another drink and order food. Overpriced for what you get.

The ribeye was exquisite; a top quality cut cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. The garlic mashed potatoes and parmesan-butter corn were phenomenal. My wife had the rotisserie chicken and was wowed. She is hard to please. Great atmosphere, effervescent staff, and a truly pleasant dining experience.

Sat outside last night and had the yellowfin tuna apetizer, wine, and cheesecake......very good!! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. The resort is old but theyve done a great job renovating and updating it. Too bad they dont have a bar at the pool!!

The view of the fountain and golf course is great. But was is even better is the food. Super loved the sandwiches and sweet potato fries! And the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was a great finisher to an awesome meal!

Ive visited this place since I moved here in the mid-nineties so yes its a bit older but the water park is great! The food at the grill is pretty good and not too overly priced and the king bed is super comfy!

Service is slow and your server will disappear for most of your meal. The location is nice with the fountain and view of the golf course. The portions are large, but the food is very meh.
