BAD SERVICE AND if u want a gathering dont think of this place I will never again Not sure where to start I booked this place for my daughters baptism in there privet room I had 36 people they gave me two servers so can u only imagine the service we got we ask for water it takes 30 minutes and most of the drinks we order we end up not getting and not only that it was my daughter baptism and I wasted so much time and effort to get everything and yet the restaurant had ruined it all so embarrassing in front my group friends and family the food they said we will bring food till everyone is full that is not true my tables were empty and I asked them to bring more food and the server tells me that they will charge me more and they brought food out enough for 32 people and she pouts at two kids I had they were eating small portions with us she like I didnt count them and they through us off for food I looked at her I said how much u think they ate I had smile on my face like r u freaking serious and I told and anyways I have picked one of ur family Styal menu then shes like let me go check and my people start asking for food because they didnt get enough so my husband told just bring us more food she like so will charge u double he we were so shocked but my husband is not that type of person that would say anything but yet he said thats fine so now the manger calls overly husband he was the same one I did all my taking and set everything up with me and him I had even asked him how is ur menu is it like family styal he said yes will be bring food till everyone is full so then when he asks for my husband he talked to him and he tells him I will give u %50 off of the second order of food so my husband didnt say anything because again I was dealing with everything so my husband said okay so I go to see whats going on the manger walks away so I ask my husband and he told me what the Magee told him I was like what he thinks hes doing us a favor I wanna talked to him because this is not what we talked about and the manger never came I asked for him twice and he never came we end up paying for 50 people instead of 36 and the second round food was worth nothing because we only got couple of plates and u know whats so sad not the we end up paying that much but was the service very bad and we waited for the food over 30 minutes it made us very mad and embarrassed with our people for my daughters baptism I will never ever go there or tell anyone about it I have never put a bad review on a restaurant and we own one but this was just too much not to tell people about I dont wanted it to happen to anyone they really ruined my day

I really hope this gets to the right people in your organization because the need to know what a great job there people are doing in Scottsdale, Az. I have managed and owned restaurants for many years. Im retired now but I cant stop doing what I have done for so long so I find myself managing the restaurants I go out to eat at. My wife finds it very annoying but I cant help myself. I observed our experience last night from the Valet in the parking lot to the sincere thank you and good night from the hostess. Your crew in Scottsdale are top notch and if I were still in business I would be doing my best to recruit them away. I cant remember the last time I went out to eat and saw 2 managers out there assisting the way I saw last night. One manager was refilling drinks and speaking with the customers while another was helping a server bring food to a table. Our server never skipped a beat. She was at out table to speak ab out the specials before we had a chance to look at the menu. She made great suggestions and didnt push to hard on the high priced items. I appreciate that. Our drinks never went empty and she kept our table free of clutter. A manager stopped by our table at the completion of our meal to inquire about our experience. It was genuine. He was not going table to table like you see at some casual restaurants. When I see that I know they are only doing it because they are told to and are probably scored in some way for it. As we walked down the isle the staff moved out of our way. It was very polite. I know they were busy but they took the time to allow us to go first. Our waitress signed us up for a Loyalty Card. After last night I am now your Loyal customer. Cant wait to go back and see if this is the way you always operate or I was just there on a good night. Thank you for an enjoyable evening

To Whom It May Concern, My wife and I dine here frequently and wanted to take a minute to say thank you for the consistently outstanding service. We normally sit in the bar for dinner, unless were entertaining guests and then we sit in the dining room. Brendan took care us last night and did an excellent job. After not waiting on us for a couple of weeks, he still remembered the little details of how and what we order. I remember how impressed my wife was when Saige waited on us for only the second time, after we had been out-of-town for a couple of weeks, and yet she remembered that my wife likes a glass of water with a straw and no lemon. Last Sunday night we were hung up in traffic due to a car accident on the freeway and arrived only ten minutes before your closing time. We were worried that it would be a problem, but were assured it would not be. Larry took good care of us and dinner exceeded our expectations. All of the staff who work in the bar; Brendan, Jim, Mike, Larry, Saige, and Kearstin; are phenomenal employees and are the biggest reason we keep coming back. Each one is a real asset to your company. Of course the foods great too! Also, its nice that the managers stop by to say hello and check on things. Anyway, after many, many dinners at your restaurant, we felt it was time to express our thanks to the people who always take care of us

Our server Lona was very attentive and friendly When we mentioned that the Maui Maui we ordered was on the bland side, she offered to take it back to the kitchen or replace it with something else. She also offered us a free desert for my birthday-My Brio Rewards. Lona had the Manager Jarett come and speak with us about the Maui Maui. We suggested he mention to the Chef that the Maui Maui entree needed to have more spices and flavor added to the dish. We had ordered the Salmon Fresco dinner entree and it was really good and had a lot of flavor. It has a very similar calorie content as the Maui Maui. Lona took off the Maui Maui Entree from our bill. We really enjoyed our experience, mainly because our server and the manager were very nice. We also had a Happy Hour glass of wine before dinner our bartender Brendan was very attentive and friendly. As a result of our experience, my husband has decided to join the My Brio rewards program. We will be back again and tell others what a great experience we had. Thank you.
