Horrible costumer service. (Night Time). So I was visting a jack n the box with family around 10 ish. When we asked for a couple of plates for our food. we were polity asking for plates and by the seems of the guy who responded to our service he responded with "we dont have plates" with a big attitude. Then we asked again if we could have atleast something to put our chicken nuggets in and he gave us 1 container box for the food and sheets of papers and slammed them on the table. WILL not be coming here anymore due to this service. an will not be tested again to be poorly treated like animals. The guys name is christian. So If he serves you be on the look out for him.

Last time I went to this jitb they gave me a burger when I ordered chicken tenders (partly my fault should have checked the order, but I was the only person in the drive thru)that was about 3 months ago... Went back this evening and ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger just to get home and find no bacon on the burger.... I dont know what the price difference is and Im not really worried about that, I just want my order to be correct... Not sure if this is a single franchise or what but this particular location never gets my order correct... So I refuse to return to this location.

I actually used to work here and I loved the experience, only thing that I could wish for is a shift leader/Manager Christian wasnt such a rude person. Olivia there was an amazing manager as well as Gabby. I was always excited to go to work... of course on the days I didnt have to work with crabby pants Christian. My reason for wanting to ever work at this exact location is because I loved the service I always received from Olivia, Letty and a few others on the team. Defiantly number one Jack In The Box to go to!

Refused to take our order in the drive thru because they were "too busy" there was one car in front of us and one couple in the dining room. When we asked why they couldnt do 2 orders they asked us if they were large orders because they couldnt do to see either. Gave us attitude the entire time and still got the order wrong. Then told us we couldnt wait at the window for them to fix the order and that they would refuse our service if we came back. We just asked for 2 meals on separate tabs. This place is horrible

I typically love Jack in the Box and find their pricing to be pretty comfortable from store to store through the valley. But this location, which is closest to my office, for the last 2 years, has raised their prices to the point that I am now paying over a dollar more per meal for my favorite meals, breakfast and lunch. I will still go to them in a pinch, but if I know that I am going to be near another location, I will go there instead to save a buck.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Awful service. Manager who took our order was extremely rude. i will never come back to this place. I ordered a some curly fries and the container was half filled with maybe 10 fries. Took it up to him and he said thats a small fry in a medium container so I got my moneys worth. Get real dude. I paid 3 dollars for this little thing of fries? i wont be coming back. Horrible staff and service.

At Jack in The Box on 59th ave and the 101 fwy. The manager messed up our order and was so rude to us so we asked for his managers name. He said he was the manager then I saw his badge saying he was just a team lead so we asked for his GMs name and he said he couldnt give it to us nor his district managers name so we started recording the rest. Crazy how employees are starting to act like this after the whole Del Taco incident.

Horrible service. Manager Leticia (it said on her name tag) used a sarcastic tone and attitude towards me and my family after we refused to pull around just because the food for the car behind us was ready. She even instigated the situation by letting us know that she wouldnt mind us calling corporate and telling them about our experience there. Poor service. Poor food. Poor management. Never coming back!!

I went through the drive through at about midnight. I ordered and the woman on the speakers says we are out of everything I ordered (chicken teriyaki and a milkshake, no rice or ice cream). So I tried a chicken sandwiches, out of that too? Not a big deal, I will take my late night business to What-a-burger. No chicken teriyaki bowls, but at least I get service!
