out of my life time ive had the worst biryani in my life ever. therice was like plastic rice half boiled and very hard to chew, i still find it hard why people give so much ofpositive reviews about this place about service and i have visited this place thrice allthe three times was a disaster. 1. Special chicken biryani was the worst suggestion made by the lady who received us as the special chicken doesnt seem to be chicken. 2. Goat Biryani- meat was burnt and the rice was not even cooked and the spices was not even tasted like biryani and the service was another pathetic thing they serve food first and then water in indian restraunt i have never seen this. the server was very RUDE saying its almost closing time, he was rushing home at 8.45 PM I remember that server had a Bald Head. so complete disaster and made us leave the food after having two spoons and i felt this food was stored in a freezer then when we ordered they just heat it up and served. IF THERE IS A WAY I CAN GIVE NO STAR I WOULD PREFER GIVING THEM ZERO OUT OF 1000.

i went there for lunch today because on their website it says one of their lunch specials is a curry goat combo and i love curry goat. When i arrived the curry goat was not available with the lunch special. So i asked the lady if they had curry goat and she said yes, so i asked again why cant i get with the lunch special when its advertised on your website? At that point i had enough so i said okay, give me the curry goat entree to go which was $12.99 and it only came with rice. Let me tell you what i got for $12.99 plus tax. A 12oz foam bowl with 6 bone in pieces of grizzled meat and sauce that was so tough to eat my dog would of choked on it. Plus one little square foam container of white rice. I should of known the minute (noon) i walked and there wasnt a single soul in there that i should of just turned around and walked out. i dont think this place will be in business much longer. That was my first and last time. Stay away, there much better places for indian food.

I know you guys are new in town, but I saw on your site, that you guys have 30 branches in US, so I was expecting more professionalism. The lady who took my order was nice But, I placed an order for Chicken tikka Masala to go and I didnt get what I was expecting. When I opened it it was something like ; butter chicken and it was kind of sweet, I guess they put honey also in it. And I dont like it at all ! I asked for mango lassi also to go, and what I got it in an open lid cup, which was difficult to take when I was driving and I had other stuff in my cup holder. Suggestions: Should have a closed lid cup for to go drInks. Please make sure when you packed an order if it is really correct, just a double check. Reply to Response : 1)- Im pretty much sure it was not chicken tikka masalah, it was butter chicken. 2)- I didnt say I didnt get a lid, there was a lid , but it was open lid cup. To go orders normally restaurants have tight "Closed" lids,

Worst Biryani ever !! Today we had ordered Vegetable Dum Biryani for Togo. While ordering over phone I had clearly told to add good amount of vegetables. But when we came home and opened the box, we found only 1 piece of cut rounded carrot and 5 peas. And rice was very dry as if it was packed last night. We were very disappointed and frustrated, couldnt eat the biryani ,correction - colored rice.I called back and informed them, they asked me send the pictures of it,I had sent it also and none responded to it. I had paradise biryani in east coast many times, those were really good. This one is the worst. Having bad experience for the second time. Last time, dine in waiting time was very pathetic and food was not well cooked.

After hearing so much about their franchise at San Jose, we were excited when they opened their restaurant in Phoenix. We ordered three types of biryanis. Goat, chicken and Veg. Well, to start with it was too hot for us. And we have people in our group who eat spicy food and even they were not able to handle it. We couldnt taste any other flavor in biryani. Apart from that both chicken and goat biryani only had couple of pieces in them. When we pay $13 for a biryani, we expect little more than that. Atleast thats what we get at other biryani places. Anyway, even the couple of pieces that we had, it had very little meat on it. So basically, we felt that we paid 13 dollars for rice and red chili powder.

I have been here twice and there will never be a third time. The biryani was okay but the gravy that comes with biryani taste stale as if its leftover from the day before, biryani flavor is not unique as they say, and I felt like just eating the plain basmati rice. Second time I have ordered mirapakaya kodi , one chicken dum and goat biryani , the mirapakaya kodi was unpalatable, we just threw it in garbage .chicken dum was just okay and goat biryani wasnt well cooked . I dont know where they have learned their recipes but its not paradise, I have been in other states for sure.

I have been waiting to try out their food for so long and finally went for dinner last night. Wow!! The restaurant was full and we had to wait to be seated!! I have never ever seen any other Indian restaurant where you have to wait because its full!! I was already impressed. Apart from this they had non stop carry out orders.. the staff was very nice and courteous..Food is delicious, Best Chicken Biryani I ever eat in US. The aroma of Biryani is in the air!!! Love it pros Excellent Service Very good taste very clean and nice

biryani was stale and had no pieces, it looked more like a bagaara rice rather than biryani. The Dhum biryani had no masala and was v dry. Paradise needs to improve their biryani or its hard to compete in arizona before pastries n chaat which have marvellous chicken and goat biryanis. Please paradise either change your chef or change your menu. v bad experience. As already described the biryani was stale and had no masala or the Dhum. Please follow Paradise biryani New Jersey receipe in order to get customers back.

I visited this place during their initial week and the food was awesome. It was one of the best biriyanis. But last week end on 3rd sep I ordered two to go goat biriyanis. I drove 15 miles one way to get that. Came home and opened the box and it was a big disaster. It was plain white basmati rice with two to three goat pieces hidden at the bottom. There is no flavor and evidence of an biriyanis there. I guess their standard got worst once they gained the customer base.

One of the best place to get Indian food in Phoenix. I did my sons birthday catering from them. It was awasom. Food was ready on time and packed nicly. All the food tested so good. Best thing was i wanted food to be not very spicy and they made sure they are according to my requirement. Gulabjamn was praised by many people as the staffing was quality material and not crap. Overall i am glad that i did catering from them. Good job guys.
