FOOD POISONING! Saturday evening I purchased two orders of kids chicken tenders, one order of bone in lemon pepper/ garlic parmesan wings, and one order of boneless mild wings (which was my order). Being the only food I had in the past 24 hours, it was very good and quite tasty. We ate around 7 pm but around 11 PM, I felt a rumble in my belly which drove me to the bathroom. I will save you the gory details of what happened while in there, but lets just say I needed a trash can while being on the toilet. For the next 4 hours I dared not step foot out of my new home. Once I had emptied the entire contents of my digestive track, I attempted to get some sleep. Fearing I may have just had the flu I quarantined myself to a couch away from my family. Knowing a 2 a 3 year old would need hospitalization if they had to deal with what I had just. Over the next 24 hours I sweat, vomited and used the toilet every time I drank anything. To my surprise nobody of the other 3 in my abode caught even a wink of what I had (even with direct extended contact). Which then made me think about every little thing I had done in the past 48-72 hours. What it boils down to is, I had not been exposed to ANYTHING that could have caused this except my mild boneless wings drenched in savory ranch dressing, that I consumed all by my lonesome. I do not desire my money back, a replacement meal or even an apology (I understand some things cant be controlled). Getting food from any establishment runs the risk of making you sick in many ways. I just want my personal experience heard. If there was even a glimmer of hope that I had just had the flu, I would delete this or never post it. But the 48 hours prior to this meal were so controlled even my doc didnt argue it. I apologize now for improper or lewd English, horrible punctuation and run on sentences.

I had family come to town and we always hearing Rick Ross talking about the Lemon Pepper wings so we decided to go to Wingstop and boy were we disappointed. We should have known from the moment we walked in, to turn around. This particular location literally smelled like sewage, we didnt get a "Welcome to Wingstop" or a hello for that matter. I asked what the smell was and the lady acted like she didnt know what I was talking about then later we see an "out of order" on the ladiesroom door. The air in the restaurant was stale like there was zero ventilation. To make a long story longer, It took them 40 minutes to get us two-8 piece orders of lemon pepper wings and they were salty as all hell. They didnt offer a coupon or anything for the inconvenience. I ate four wings because I was hungry then my lips started tingling. Neither my husband or my cousins finished their wings either. I just dont know how theyll ever redeem themselves with me and my family....a first impression is a lasting one...thumbs all the way down and 1 star.

Worst customer service ever. I went into the store to pick up my order. I asked the clerk what kind of sauces did he put in the bag. He said I did not get any ranch or blue cheese with my 40 wing purchase. I said did he realize that its normal to get sauce with wings? The clerk aka manager on duty then replied do you realize its not my problem. I was blown away. He then explained to me that if i paid for the 40 pack with fries and celery i would get dipping sauce with that. Funny the lady that took my order did not mention this. So aside from the over the top rude response from the manager the clerks on the phone do not tell you your options. Wings are good the staff is obnoxious, unhelpful and not concerned with repeat business. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Buy your wings from another business.

me and my wife use to go to a place in san diego called wings in things. we move to the phoenix area and decided to try wing stop to see if we could find a place comparable to wings n things. we ask for a little sample of all their sauces, it was very hard to decide because most of them tasted really bad. we finally decided to go with the cajun style, my wife had 2 and couldnt bear it anymore, as for me I forced myself to finish as many as I could so I wouldnt be hungry. we still had some samples of the sauces which we tried to dip and it was bad too. At least the ranch dipping sauce was good, I really just tried to drown my wings with the ranch sauce. me and my wife were very disappointed for a couple hours after we ate there.

Wings are to die for. Excellent taste and very consistent. Never had a wrong order or a time that it wasnt stellar. Service is passable. Never anything wrong, they just dont outline the ordering process well for first-time goers (they wont mention they need your name and just let you start ordering before they ask and you need to start over). This location is also kept uncomfortably cold most of the time to the point that I will go out of my way to bring a jacket if I know Im going. Regardless of my concerns, this is still one of my favorite places to eat. Would rate 4.5 stars if possible.

I was visiting my son that goes to ASU this summer when we stopped off for wings. He said mom you have to try these wings there the best in town. I had the hot and they were the best Ive ever had and I loved the fries. My son is a regular since he discovered this place and every time Im in town I want to go there. I forgot to mention that the people that work there were very nice. Give it a try, if you do I know it will be your favorite to.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I dont write many reviews, but this place was just that bad. 33 min wait for 2 8 piece wings and 2 fries. The place was NOT busy. It was empty, and there were 4 people I could see behind the counter. FINALLY getting my food, the dude said, "Oh just 1 second." WHILE STILL HANDING ME MY FOOD. For the love of all things hot wings, DO NOT EAT HERE. Their GM or something needs to fix this place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I place my two combo order online. I get there pick it up and tell them to add 2 extra ranch wich i paid for. I get home the two orders are.mix in together and theres no extra two ranches. I even ask the guys did you put in the two extra ranches in there. And he says yes to my face. This guy streight up lied to my face.

The staff was okay. They told me the wait was 20 mins. I waited 27 mins. They had personal drinks on the counter, were talking rather than making the food, and they did not have clean hands. Say the guy scratch his crotch then touch food and other ones were touching their clothes and other things they shouldnt.
